Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Problematic
It doesn't cool the room during the hours of 1000 am thru 700 pm. I've followed all the instructions to resolve this issue. After 700 pm I can reduce the tempature in 2 degree increments and can get the cool air down to 78 degrees. I live in Phoenix metro and my house, during the day, can reach 95 degrees. What's up with this? I can't believe that's the coolest this ac can produce. Everyone else seems to love theirs, but me, not so much. It will only cool the house to 91 degrees. I'm so disappointed. I'm 69 years old and have health issues that require me to be in cool air. I would be ecstatic if it would cool down to 78, or 80 degrees!

Cold
Overall we are very satisfied with the unit. It cooled our room in no time. I really wasn’t interested in the smart feature but was the only one they had in the size we needed. We actually purchased a second GE unit the same day. Different model. Smaller BTUs. The only complaint with the current unit is that after two weeks of use we tried to adjust the air up by two degrees and it kept going all the way up to 86 degrees. In Louisiana. In July. ... We returned to place of purchase the next day and they exchanged it for a working model. We have been pleased since.

Cold as ICE!
Really had second thoughts after buying because it's not a 220v, but it worked like a champ, cooling down my 700 s.f. Living room and kitchen, Blows ICE COLD! Also love the Wi-fi Comfort App, don't have to touch it except to clean the filter. I LOVE IT!!

BEST PURCHASE EVER !!!
This is by far the best a/c unit I have ever purchased! I live in a mobile home and I’ve went through many that struggled to keep up to the hot temps where I live ! On the other hand this one right here has met more then my expectations! Even when I had central a/c it would stay so warm in my home .. this a/c unit is amazing! I live the fact that I can control it from my phone also , so nice to drop the temperature before I get home from work and have it cold and crisp in my home ! Would absolutely recommend for anyone in the market for one !

Amazing customer support
I just want to thank those involved in handling a claim for me. I truly appreciate the great lengths you all went to get a replacement AC unit to my house. Loving this unit. Of course, I have not had this product long so I can’t really review the long term reliability, etc. but so far, it does an amazing job cooling the living room and kitchen and also seems to be consistent, it doesn’t come on a few seconds cools, then shuts off and so ok and so on. I also enjoy the app, it’s convenient and so far works great! Thank you all.

I’m not sure
I’m not sure because I have Had this air conditioner for may be 2 weeks and it the way it cools sometimes other times is ok but I’m real reason for the score is that is doesn’t go lower than 73 but it has to go as low as 64 but there is no way to force to go that low idk if it should be doing that as normal or it’s defective

Faulty main board enclosure
I thought this AC would be great because it has WiFi and it’s a large unit. While it does cool my living room well, the WiFi + GE app are terrible and it doesn’t even work via WiFi. To top it all off after one year, the AC began to act funny and having a mind of its own (temperature changes on its own, unresponsive). The main board begins to develop condensation and starts to corrode. If you look on YouTube many people have the same problem. I would stay far away from this model AC.
