Whirlpool 1.7 Cu. Ft. Black on Stainless Steel Over-the-Range Microwave

The Whirlpool WMH31017AD offers a modern appearance, large capacity, and good amount of power for a reasonable price. This over-the-range microwave has a 1.7 cubic foot capacity and offers 1000 watts of power on high.

Use it every day. Very easy to use and very quiet microwave and exhaust fan. Like the 30 second feature and seems well built. I also considered the GE brand but I feel Whirlpool is made better although the cabinet is a bit big.

Overhead microwave is a must for saving space in your kitchen. Large heating space, good output for quick and thorough heating. Strong oven fan.

This was a beautiful design that went with my other Maytag appliances. I use it often for thawing foods, warming leftovers and refreshing breads.

This microwave is not only gorgeous but it works so well and was very easy to install!

The installation was not easy. But when done, it looks good. The beep sound when the heating is done is too loud. I miss some pre-programmed functions such as 1 or 2 minute heat up automatic bottoms.

It's so much quieter than my old microwave. The black is very attractive. The soften/melt feature works great.

I've had the unit installed for approximately 3 weeks now. Very pleased with it so far. Has all the functionality I need with no extraneous features. Great basic microwave that gets the job done, plus a sleek design.

I would like a one touch feature. Eg: put coffee in micro, hit 2 and START. This one I have to hit 2---0---0. Then START. I will get used to it.
