We found out recently that the tv has the XBOX app which allows for streaming Xbox games. The only negative is that sometimes the apps are a little glitchy, the remote and the sound isn’t that great. The issue with the apps will fix itself or we’ll have to power cycle the tv.
I have been purchasing Samsung TV's since 2003. Their picture and sound have always been far superior to other brands. I purchased this TV for a guest bedroom. I wanted to stay with Samsung, but didn't want to spend alot of money as this TV as it wouldn't be used too much.
Bought these as a public display, purchased two. Single remote controls both well and they now intuitively both come on and shut down with a single push of the button. But if I only want one or the other, I can cycle through the power button to get what I need.
I thought 85" would be too large. We have a large "great room" and it works really well. We've overall been very happy with this purchase. Uses about 120 Watts or 0.6 kWh. The smart features don't allow some apps like my standalone Roku, but other than that, we've had no complaints.
Watching TNF on a fire stick the screen is fine for the most part but when it's fast camera action like on a pass play or alot of action the screen shutters horribly. I have tried adjusting the judder settings but still happens to much
The TV broke after 11 months — within it’s 12-month warranty. Things occasionally break. BUT, it took me seven weeks of customer-support hell to resolve the the warranty issue. I spent hours on the phone or texting or photographing things or fixing erroneous invoices or validating this or that —...
It was nice but only lasted two years. I expect more from Samsung.
i returned the first one i ordered because there were splotches of color on the screen. this second tv was fine until a couple months ago when i noticed thick bands of dark color. finally last night one band of darkness went about 80% dark and now it's difficult to see the action on the tv.
This TV was great for about a year. No complaints. Now that the 1-year warranty has expired, naturally, 25% of the TV has now become dim. After all of the standard troubleshooting and support, Samsung is telling us we have to pay for the repair as it is out of warranty.
Im in love with my tv it’s so beautiful and the quality it’s perfect
