Picture quality is excellant and I love the extra Samsung channels over the Internet which include many network news channels. Also the 3 HDMI ports are very handy. I had to use a HDMI splitter with my previous 2 port model. I do not like the new type remote. I don't care about talking to my remote.
I like this TV. Color is good, apps easy to find. What I did not like is the lack of instructions for cable. I had to google it. Yes, I am somewhat behind on technology but I'm not a novice. The sound on this TV is horrible. I would suggest buying a sound bar. Overall, a good buy for the price.
The picture quality is excellent. It is the only thing excellent about this TV. I need Roku to make my cable work. I either pay for Roku or cancel my cable. I can't find the "Angel Studios" app. There are several apps I can't find. The sound is not good. Now I'll have to invest in a Soundbar.
Wish we had bought something else.... setup is a night mare and Samsung is little help! Their "tech support" is so hard to understand and its repeat, repeat, repeat. The voice on the TV yammers on and on about something, again, hard to understand talks at machine gun speed and impossible to turn...
Good Smart TV. Very good picture quality. Sound is Ok. The video and sound doesn’t seem to match up. Tried the Digital Output Audio Delay setting, didn’t work very well. Still has slight delay. Still going through the settings… All other TV’s in our house are fine with Audio and Video Syncing.

Well, we bought this tv November 2021. It was awesome. Beautiful picture. Nice simple features. Easy to operate. It seemed to run a bit warmer than other tvs, but not super warm. It was just something we noticed. Then....
I had a 75" Vizio before this that we loved. But, we moved into a house that had a built-in for a 65". Not expecting to buy a new TV, researched and came up with this for the price. The picture is good, not great. The sound is ok, def not great. The TV's remote is sincerely lacking.
