Samsung AU8000 75" Class HDR 4K UHD Smart LED TV

I've had this TV for about seven months. It isn't my primary TV, so I don't watch it regularly. I have noticed over time that it does a poor job with motion - for instance, watching soccer games, the players are blurry as they move on the field and the ball has a tail as it its passed around.

The size of the TV fits perfectly in my living room. Two people are required for installation, as due to the size and weight, care must be taken. The color and picture are wonderful. Setup and connection are quite convenient and do not require special knowledge and effort.

It is irritating to be forced to keep and search through unwanted apps every time you use the TV. At least on my phone or on my other Samsung TVs the apps could be moved out of the way if not deleted. More than1/2 of the memory is used by over a dozen preloaded apps that can not be deleted.

Great picture quality, easy set up. The tv comes with all the streaming apps, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime and more. You can also install additional apps. The picture quality is awesome and the sound is great. This is a smart tv and it’s an easy set up if your smart, it’s not complicated.

Worked for just under 2 years, then started to overheat and now the picture has completely blacked out on left side, and partially in the center

I bought this a year ago (75') and now 90% of the screen has turned black and the TV is turning on and off by itself.

The tv worked fine and as advertised but it didn’t last long. We don’t watch a lot of tv so I’m surprised by how fast it broke. See photo. The left and right sides of tv don’t light up anymore.

This has a better pitcher than I thought it would have. I use it 24/7 and no problems. The 75 inches is nice, I can see tv from across the room. I would buy again.

I really love the TV, but the reflections off the TV make it unviewable sometimes. We moved it around for different light angles. No use. The dark scenes in movies are unwatchable for me. All I see is the lights that are on in my home.
