From the time we turned it on, there were blue blotches where the color was inconsistent. We considered overlooking that but two months into having it, weâve had to completely reset the tv twice to get it to respond. The apps are also painfully slow, despite fine internet speeds.
I like this TV. Color is good, apps easy to find. What I did not like is the lack of instructions for cable. I had to google it. Yes, I am somewhat behind on technology but I'm not a novice. The sound on this TV is horrible. I would suggest buying a sound bar. Overall, a good buy for the price.
it's fast and has a beautiful picture! when I get visitors they always say what a great picture! I would buy it again
The picture quality is excellent. It is the only thing excellent about this TV. I need Roku to make my cable work. I either pay for Roku or cancel my cable. I can't find the "Angel Studios" app. There are several apps I can't find. The sound is not good. Now I'll have to invest in a Soundbar.
Wish we had bought something else.... setup is a night mare and Samsung is little help! Their "tech support" is so hard to understand and its repeat, repeat, repeat. The voice on the TV yammers on and on about something, again, hard to understand talks at machine gun speed and impossible to turn...
I have two of these TVs and use them exclusively over the wi-fi (e.g., for HBO or NetFlix). They lose the wi-fi signal quite frequently, even for the TV that is situated in the same room as the router. As a result, I have to wait through wi-fi testing regularly.
Good Smart TV. Very good picture quality. Sound is Ok. The video and sound doesn’t seem to match up. Tried the Digital Output Audio Delay setting, didn’t work very well. Still has slight delay. Still going through the settings… All other TV’s in our house are fine with Audio and Video Syncing.
TV developed a small line in it after only owning it for 18 months. Contacted Samsung and went through their scripted troubleshooting steps after which they only offered to repair at significant cost.
Samsung always gets it right. Super sharp picture. Easy set up, love that I can use Alexa with it too. And I really love the remote small and to the point. One button for Netflix, Prime & Samsung Plus.
The good: Slim, lightweight, Brilliant OS, One intuitive remote, great color, stunning picture in quality 4k The not-so-good: Black not as deep as possible, lack of true quality 4k content Samsung makes a really great product with this TV.
