Bang for buck, the Garmin Forerunner 45 is one of the most impressive running watches out there right now. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more comprehensive device for this price. Yes, it has gaps and compromises, but it also sets the standard for features we now expect in our lower end watches.
Lightweight, Good value, Music controls
Limited sport profiles, Plastic-heavy build, No real swim tracking
Overall not as easy to navigate as my previous Garmin. Color is Moor more blue than the lavender in the photo. It's a nice watch, but will take some getting used to
Same button does many functions
I purchased the smaller 45S by mistake, but have not been disappointed in it's performance. It is a tight fit around a larger wrist, but the 45S is more stylish because of it size than the 45.
I bought this last week still trying to figure everything out but I love this.
I took a while in deciding which smartwatch was right for me, and I'm very happy with my decision. The GPS takes a little longer to lock on than phone but is much more accurate than my phone. Already helping me improve my times.
Purchased for my son's birthday- and he loves it. GPS features make for easy capturing of bike rides, and the amount of functions it has for the amount it costs is great.
Nice watch does everthing that i needed it to do. Only minus overcharged by £10 for some reason tried to sort out online but no way of doing it and waiting on the phone took ages and gave up. Otherwise its a nice watch .
Excellent watch does exactly what I need it to and more!
Great running watch - i don't use a lot of the data, but it's useful to have. I'm wearing it all day, and find the move reminder really handy for getting me to move. GPS is great, as is the HR monitor. Adaptive step goal is useful, as some weeks I'm able to get out less than others.
Nice looking watch has lots of features. Connects easily to iPhone. My only gripe would be that it occasionally loses connection with my phone and then I struggle to get it reconnected but other than that it’s fab
A brilliant piece of kit for beginners. East to set up and follow and looks great too
