Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Good basic gas dryer with moisture sensing.
My wife loves the dryer and its features. Not too complicated nor too simple with only a timed dry cycle. Two areas of improvement are noted. (1) The door latch is very tight. You can move the dryer opening it if you're not careful. It doesn't need to be that secure, IMO. (2) The "End Of Cycle" alert is barely audible. Our model on has "Sound On" or "Sound Off", no volume. Our fix, use the Smart HQ app for your phone. It will send you a notification for several events, including "End Of Cycle" provided you have WI-FI.

Loving our new dryer!
My mom loves her new dryer! Our old one was almost 20 years old, so it was time to get rid of it when it just stopped working on us. I love how our new dryer is simple for my mom to use, yet has nice features that others could use with easy as well. It's fast and not loud, but also powerful while saving energy. We love the large capacity of the dryer and how there's plenty of room for items for its size. And I personally love that I'm able to use the app to check on the dryer!

Very Disappointing Quality – Breaks Down Easily (M
I strongly advise against buying this dryer. I purchased the GE PTD60GBSR0WS model expecting GE reliability, but it has been a huge disappointment.
The build quality feels very cheap and poor. To make matters worse, I barely even used it—only once a week—and it completely broke down after just two years of light use. On top of that, its drying performance was never great to begin with, often leaving clothes damp.
It is unacceptable for an appliance to fail so quickly under minimal use. Save your money and look for a different brand or model. Definitely do not recommend!

Junk - won’t purchase GE again
We had this for barely a year and already are having issues with it. It was turning on and off at random and now just won’t power on at all. Of course it’s out of warranty and I’m stuck with a piece of crap that won’t work. Had one gentleman look for a thermal fuse on it but apparently this one doesn’t have it and we’re still without a dryer after 1 month of trying to get it fixed. Should have just kept my old faithful Maytag instead of upgrading.

New smart dryer from
New smart ge dryer
First of all it is huge for drying big comforters and bedding than my old dryer, but the only thing I got get use to it's energy saving, so certain settings dry cool air instead of just straight hot, which I don't mind. Also the dryer has varying timers to different drying settings that are too short on time for my large loads of laundry whereas others are just right. I feel it's about familiarizing yourself with the machine because overall I love the fact I can do large loads of laundry and my bill is actually lower so it's no lie that it is an energy saver. This dryer is amazing if you got big family or even small family that has too much laundry to do. Surprisingly it is a very quiet dryer if you had super old one like I did.

So far I’m delighted with this dryer
My previous dryers have lasted so long that it is taking me a bit to get used to this new one. I can say it dries faster than any dryer I’ve had regardless of the setting used. I thought I’d be annoyed by the text notifications but it dries so fast that I’m glad to have it and I prefer it to the old buzzer. I’m still figuring out all the settings but so far I have no negative comments. Why do I love GE? In the past 2 years I have purchased 5 GE appliances and have been happy with them all. After installing the dryer, there was a loud vibration so I called for service. I got an appointment in a couple of days, the service man came on time and fixed the problem which turned out to be that the dryer wasn’t quire level. Service and quality are excellent!

quiet, very tech up to date, works like a dream
My opinion of any General Electric product has always been, Quality, top of the line Craftsmanship. This washer and dryer is quiet energy efficient and cleans your clothes far superior to any other manufacture on the market.
