Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Drying sensors are not great
This dryer works really really well, the only caveat is that whatever sensors are inside seem to misjudge that your clothing or bedding etc. is dryer than it actually is. I find that most times I have to run it for two cycles before my stuff is totally dry. And it think it’s because the sensors are stopping the dryer from running until the clothing or towels are fully dry. I find this to be very counterproductive and frustrating, especially after paying a lot of money for the appliance (and it’s brand spanking new). I’ve tried using different cycles and drying times and I just can’t seem to avoid having to run it for two cycles to get everything totally dry.

Efficient, Reliable, and Feature-Rich Dryer!!
I recently purchased the GE Profile™ ENERGY STAR® 7.4 Cu. Ft. Capacity Aluminized Alloy Drum Electric Dryer With Sanitize Cycle And Sensor Dry, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The dryer is incredibly efficient, drying my clothes quickly and thoroughly while using less energy. The sensor dry feature is particularly impressive, ensuring that each load is perfectly dried without over-drying, which helps protect my clothes. Additionally, the sanitize cycle provides peace of mind by effectively eliminating bacteria and allergens. Installation was straightforward, and the sleek design seamlessly fits into my laundry room.

Only one complaint
I've only had my gorgeous new laundry pair for a few days, so I'm still figuring out the multitude of setting options (I usually just use the most basic settings for my laundry anyway.)
I was however very frustrated with the process to switch the door direction. I've never had an appliance that essentially required the door to be dismantled to do this. The door is not closing well now, as the hinge screws did not fit well on the other side. I am considering changing it back and dealing with the loading inconvenience as I don't want to break the door or hinges. An appliance that connects to the internet should have functional nuts & bolts IMHO.
The pair is beautiful and did a great job washing and drying my clothes however

Only way it works right is on the timed dry mode
Bought the washer dryer pair. Total waste of money. Went with the bigger drum size unit so that I could do my comforts easier. ig mistake. Whenever you wash bigger things it starts banging like crazy and goes into a sensing mode where it starts to refill in order to balance the load. So loads take twice as much time and energy. Yes the unit is level and I properly load it evenly . Happens everytime I try to do a bigger load. Save your money because I feel like I have been totally ripped off. My old unit was better.

New features and liking the outcome of my laundry
Only had my set a couple days but so far very happy with both the dryer and washer! Wish the dryer door opened on opposite side in my space but it’ll work. Still learning the different settings and cycles but so far everything is coming out clean from the washer and dry from the dryer! Doesn’t seem too noisy to me compared to what I’ve had at my previous homes, and I haven’t tested out with a comforter yet but so far I’m really liking the impeller style over all my previous agitators and hoping it’s using less energy and water, and the dryer is drying perfectly for me!

Terrible
This dryer is awful. We have had it service twice since our purchase about nine months ago. It does not dry clothes and is noisy. Very unsatisfied and I am going to contact store we purchased from. Need a replacement but honestly, I do not want a GE moving forward.

Finally not worried about breakdowns.
Have been really happy since they were delivered and did our first load of laundry. We have struggled with an inferior brand that had issue not long after we purchased them. The washer tub is hugh and the dryer is even bigger.
This set is saving us time and work, and best of all we got it on sale.
We currently have a friend staying with us and she's so impressed with them she is going buy the exact same model after closes on her new home.
We're connected through wifi and it tells you on your GE phone app that your load is done. Sure beats being yelled at for not putting my clothes in the dryer.
It practically does all the thinking foe you. Never thought I'd see the day when my washer and dryer were smarter then me. Good job, GE

Makes doing Chores Easy and Fun!!
This product is so easy and fun to use. The washing and drying time is amazing. I've never had a dryer that actually dried a blanket. This dryer did it in under an hour. I do not have a laundry room and you can see my washer and dryer as you walk in. Its sleek and beautiful design makes me proud to own it. It's the centerpiece as you walk in. The wifi capability lets you plan your day and not have to worry about watching the washer and dryer. The app tells you how long the load has left and the time it will end. Just an amazing product all the way around.
