Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Quickly becoming a real disappointment!
So far, it is quickly becoming disappointing. This is a stupid "smart" machine! Several simple, but helpful to the user things such as getting it to audio signal when the cycle completes. First, they aren't "out front" for you to choose and the 'dance' you have to do to make them work once you are able to find how in the inane instructions. Instructions are like "... hold the XXX button (Which has nothing to do with what you are trying to get to work.) down for 3 seconds to toggle it to work. There are other settings and or notifications that should be openly available that you have to do the same type of procedures to get them to work.

Very unhappy with this washer dryer set.
I'm so unhappy with this washer dryer set. The washer won't balance unless I use the deep fill cycle which wastes water. Even when I do use that cycle I frequently need to re-spin the clothes to get the excessive water out. So I have a washer with multiple cycles but can only use one of them. The dryer also only has one usable cycle which is the time dry and even when we set it to the maximum time of 90 minutes it requires restarting to get the clothes dry. I get vent blocked messages frequently even though my vent is clear. I must do a 40 minute vent check to clear it before I can used the dryer. My Electrolux washer dryer set had no issues and I really miss that set.

Washer/dryer
The best part about this washer and dryer is the fact that I can connect to my Apple Watch and tell me when the washer and dryer are finished. So you never forget to change the load. The biggest issue is that many times the washer didn’t start or the dryer didn’t fully dry the clothes. I am unclear why the dryer does such a poor job based on the settings. I set it to towels it never dries the towels. The only way I can get it to dry is to set the setting to sanitize which is a three hour dry cycle.
The washer is just much to finicky between start and pause. Many times I got out thinking it should be finished and it’s paused. Never started :/

Great but problems with lid
The dryer is wonderful, except for the fact the hinge on the back right where the lid lifts up and down, the plastic separated and broke. It started off as a tiny crack that I kept trying to wipe off, thinking it might’ve been a stray dog hair. But instead, it was a crack that splintered, and it is now completely off the hinge and the lid has to be held down in order to lock for washing. It’s a real inconvenience. Otherwise, I would give the dryer five stars. We have no idea how the lid got cracked or if it’s just a Manufacturer flaw, who knows? All I know, is it inconvenient to do laundry at this point and we haven’t even had these a year.

End of Cycle Signal
This is a nice dryer but the End of Cycle signal is really weak. You cannot hear it unless you are leaning over the machine. It is supposed to be adjustable but good luck figuring out how to do that. All the manuals will tell you is how to enable or disable it. Well that is only half of the game. Also the door will not remain in an open position. It constantly swings shut and is very annoying when you are trying to load clothes. The machine is level. I cannot believe that in this day and time that a company would manufacture a dryer without a end cycle signal where a consumer could control the volume.

Great dryer!
I’ve had my GE dryer for a few months now, and I’ve been really happy with it. It dries clothes quickly and evenly, and the drum has a good amount of space for larger loads like bedding or towels. The controls are easy to use, and there are a lot of cycle options depending on what you’re drying.
It runs pretty quietly, which I really appreciate, and the lint trap is simple to clean. I haven’t used the smart features much (like the app), but it’s cool that they’re there if I want to. Overall, it’s been a reliable and efficient machine.
If you’re looking for a dryer that gets the job done without any headaches, I’d definitely recommend checking out GE.

Awful dryer that doesn’t actually dry your items
What a terrible dryer, the dryer sensing feature on all the cycles, except timed dry, does not work. I am constantly finding my clothes wet when it says the cycle is complete and having to finish it on timed dry or trying another cycle. I also get a reoccurring blocked vent error code, I live in a new house, have cleaned the vents, vacuumed out the lint duct in the dryer and checked the connection from the dryer to the exhaust vent that goes outside with no obstructions. This is by far the worst dryer I have owned and it is less than a year old. This may say it’s energy efficient, but if you’re having to run it multiple times on one load of laundry, is it really saving any electricity?

DRYER is trash from
If I could leave a negative star I would
My apartment complex had the bright idea to supply everyone with washers and dryers. Even if we had our own we had to use these pieces of junk. The washer sounds like it’s going to take off with every load and if you put more than 3 items in, it clunks on the side when it spins. The dryer oh lord the dryer. It takes 3-4 hours to dry anything and now it has a vent blocked code that I cannot get rid of to save my life. I’ve looked on GE’s site for some direction or the manual and there is nothing. So I look it up by name instead of the serial number and it brings me to where I can buy it. 1000/10 would NOT recommend. I miss my LG’s!
