Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Buyer Beware!!
We purchased this dryer less than 2 months ago and have had two major problems with it already. First was a large crack inside the dryer by the lint trap and the second is a new drum. It’s a defective machine and GE refuses to replace it. Lowe’s, the store we purchased it from, also refuses. The one year warranty apparently only covers the replacement of parts as needed so we’re stuck with it. I will never purchase a GE
appliance again as the company does not stand behind its
products.

To use WIFI requires extra purchase of a dongle
The cycle completion alert is very soft and difficult to hear. To use the wifi feature requires the extra purchase of a dongle on top of the already high price of the appliances. I purchased the dongle and setup the SmartHQ app on my phone. The completion alert through the app was nice. Then I set the app up on my wife's phone which caused me to loose the use on my phone. I'm not sure why or if it is something easy to resolve, but I was tired of all the hassle. So, I just set a timer on my phone to alert me of completion and let my wife have use of the app. Other than that hassle, the appliance looks and works nice. The wifi capability is a waste of money and more trouble than its worth fooling with.

Dryer
My previous dryer had a "Cool Down " period at the end of the Perm Press cycle that allowed the clothes to end with substantially less wrinkles at the end of the cycle. I'm disappointed that this new dryer does not have that feature and if I don't get the clothes out of the dryer immediately at the end of the cycle they come out very wrinkled. My Dryer is in the basement so timing the end of the cycle is difficult. Other than that, the dryer works fine. Just wish it had this feature.

Awful
I used the dryer 5 times and then it would say the door was open when it wasn’t so a service guy came out and temporarily fixed it until he can get a new part. Now since then I have tried drying 2 loads and it runs but the clothes is still as wet as the were when I put them into the dryer. The dryer was delivered to me on August 19th so it has not worked well since I have gotten it and of course the people who will service it are out on vacation for a couple weeks.
