As far as consumer-grade desktop monitors are concerned, Dell's UltraSharp line are consistently among the most

An early adopter's dream, all over again. 4K monitors should all be this big. Great image quality and viewing angles. Factory calibration delivers with strong color accuracy results. Excellent connectivity options.

Included stand can be a bit wobbly. Serviceable but not a true gaming monitor.
The bottom line for the Dell UP3216Q is that this monitor is absolutely worth buying if you’re a visual design pro and want truly stellar color performance at a mostly reasonable price.

Absolutely superb color accuracy, 100% sRGB, Adobe RB and REC 709 color space, 90% DCI-P3 color coverage, Elegant design with plenty of display space, Excellent connectivity, Solid contrast performance, Wide IPS viewing angles

Contrast could be better, Luminance bleed along bottom edges, peak brightness a bit weak
Dell’s latest monitor is a heavy-duty 4K panel that spreads its 3,840 x 2,160 resolution across a 32in diagonal. It’s designed for the office, which means that hefty pixel count is paired with corporate features: screen modes for industry-standard colour gamuts, card readers and USB ports, and...

Consistently good image quality, Plenty of ports and connectors, Good office features

Tricky to achieve best results, Needs to use Windows scaling options, More stand versatility elsewhere
So far-so good ! I love the size and have not had a significant problem with fonts that some people reported with larger monitors. It has a lot of choices in menu I have not explored because of holidays and eventually plan to hook up 2nd computer to isolate the internet!
Wow. I'm a graphic designer and general all-around nerdy gamer creative geek guy, and this monitor is stellar. I have this hooked up to a 15-inch MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt and the picture couldn't be any better. It's sharp, matches the Retina Display's pixel density, and has amazing color.
I purchased two of these to use with a 2010 Mac Pro. They are fantastic. I was using an AMD 7950 graphics card, and while it drove both displays, it was slow. I recently upgraded to a Nvidia GTX 980Ti from Macvidcards.com and it made a world of difference.
WOW, is all you can say when you see the color accuracy, apparent depth of image, and sharpness of the images produced by this monitor. No configuration at all is necessary. This ships with accurate colors and no need for color calibration.
The monitor is superb in terms of color gamut as expected! The calibration is spot on. I've been using DELL Monitors for the last 5 years and will keep using them in the future.
Great monitor. A little more light bleeding rom the edges than I expected but the color quality and performance of the monitor is excellent.
This turned out to be a very nice monitor. Very good resolution. You can turn it off and back on without things moving on the screen. I'd buy it again.
I bought this monitor because it was rated high.....maybe it is for watching TV or playing games but not for professional photography. I couldn't get this monitor to have proper color even using a Spyder.....Bad News. John
The size is awesome, however the resolution is poor when using Microsoft 10.
I read the reviews saying there were a lot of lemons and thought i'd get lucky. for $1100 i shouldn't have to worry about lemons. well, i got a lemon. the useful viewing angle is about 15 degrees. no matter what i set it on, fine details are invisibile.
