Quality is excellent. The users manual is really good. Straight forward with lots of graphics to help visually in taking the right steps.

The book for the products printing a bit small, good showing what it do. It took me a while to figure it out, because, I never had a SD stick recorder. or how the files work. Once I played around it and figure it out slowly, it was very clear sounding.

I am a video producer. I get excellent sound with a R0DE NTG3 shotgun mic mounted on my Sony EX-1 camera. But I had to film a July 4 festival and knew it would be difficult to capture the video interview clips AND the sound of a fantastic Silicon Valley symphony. So I bough the H4n.

I love this unit. It is a great value, the recording quality is great, and it is easy to use. One big caution: Don't drop it on the built-in microphones, the microphones get smashed and they are not replaceable or repairable.

This is a nice and heavy-duty recorder. We are small nonprofit TV station and this recorder has already saved our butts a couple of times as backup audio. Fairly easy to use, but one of our employees has one at home so she was able to give us the run-down of its features ahead of time.

I have tried many handheld recorders, but the Zoom H4n Pro blows them away. The sound is ultra clean and crystal clear. Easy to use, great sounding internal mics with very minimal noise. Shoutout to my Sweetwater Agent Bowen Aguero for recommending this!
