TCL's 6-Series UHD Roku TV brings the benefits of Mini-LED backlighting to a very affordable price point.
Effective, 160- zone local-dimming, App-based color calibration, Affordable price
Image quality reduced at off-center seats, Some green push with HDR content
The TCL 6-Series of TVs for 2020 offers the best picture for the line yet, with fantastic color and contrast for a reasonable price.
Excellent contrast, Wide, accurate colors out of the box, Inexpensive
Input lag is slightly higher than ideal, Voice search isn't as good as a voice assistant
to the guy saying the TCL 635 is not 120hz Native, your WRONG, it is. Not anyone fault you bought last years model. Agian the TCL 635 is 120hx NATIVE. Get your info correct before you spread false info.
Excellent picture quality, all steaming services in one place. Easy setup. Paired with TCL soundbar. Simple remote handles everything.
Excellent picture and capabilities.
Perfect mid range solution for next generation gaming. No 4k 120, but most games won't target that early on and it checks all of the other boxes. My unit had a very slight "dirty screen effect" that if you really tried to notice you could on an all white screen, but it was negligible.
I still have cable for now - but I can move the tv anywhere in the house without running new cable connections. I was able to set upRoku and the channels I prefer with no help - yay! Beautiful picture and sound.
The set up (adding legs and setting up smart apps) was very easy. The picture quality is really good and apps open quickly. So far so good.
Picture quality is pretty good. Not as good as an OLED but very good as a QLED. for the price is truly a good deal
The TCL R635 is an impressive TV, but not Native 120Hz. Every influencer, tech website, and retail leads you to believe it is a Native 120Hz TV, but that is not quite true. 120Hz is there upscaling technology like many of the other companies that say that they are a higher frame rate when it is...
This is a very high quality Tv for not much money comparatively. I upgraded from a Hisense Roku 60 inch tv that had weird dark zones in it after only having it for a year or two and I am way impressed with this TV.
Having issues dealing with the vignetting on the screen, some say it gets better with the time. If it does I'll adjust my review. TV is otherwise a great deal. Shame :(
