The Sony X90J offers nearly everything we’d want from a mid-range 4K LED-LCD TV. For the money, there are few LED-LCD TVs that can match it in terms of picture quality and feature set, making it top of its class for mid-range models.
Best-in-class image quality, Excellent upscaling, Cognitive Processor XR, Easy setup and Google TV
Lingering HDMI issues, Slight screen glare, Mediocre off-axis viewing, Outclassed by X95J
As usual, Sony hits it out of the park. Excellent images, reliable, simple to install and setup. The GoogleTV features conveniently integrate everything viewable into one place. I'm a long-time Roku person, but if I had to change, then I'd move to GoogeTV.
Sony perfection. It's hard to say more.
This is most likely specific to my combination of Onkyo receiver and Roku Ultra: I'm still tracking down the proper setting to fix this, but the previously working HDMI-CEC (Sony calls this Bravia Sync) turns everything on OK, but won't turn *off* my Onkyo receiver.
Extremely clear and beautiful looking TV. It works perfectly for movies, tv shows, and video games. Google OS is very smooth and is worth upgrading from last year's model. Definitely recommend this TV for anyone looking for a solid 4K TV.
Excellent picture and attractive TV. Fits nicely on the Sanus WS TV 1 mount with room for a soundbar underneath.Legs are really far apart and fairly short, had to use a Sanus stand on my too-narrow AV cabinet and to fit my soundbar under it.
Legs are really far apart.
It is my third Song TV, the second LCD, and no disappointment so far.Sony is engineering and building great TVs. This is one is very advanced with Google TV built in, which even features AppleTV as one of the applications. The video and sound quality are great.
I replaced a 18 month old Samsung QLED 65" for this Sony XR 65X90J- Very little difference in picture quality- not worth the money to upgrade to this model. very disappointed in this Sony model
Excellent TV, picture and sound are outstanding. Probably - the next best thing to OLEd TV
Great tv. Bought for my mother-in-law and she is stoked.
From 1980 to 2021... another fine Sony television!
Love it.. incredibly light, very easy to install. Video is stunning. Made the right purchase !!
I bought the 65X90J last month after my previous 65X930C had it's last breadth. The 65X930C was an excellent TV and I was looking for something that could live up to its excellence.
