I'm not sure what the secret sauce is in Sony's "Cognitive Processor," but we've never had a TV on which all inputs looked so good right out of the box. Typically, I find myself tweaking picture set-ups for a couple weeks when we acquire a new television.

  For a company that makes some great audio products, the sound on this TV is embarrassingly poor.

I've had the Sony for about a month and so far I'm very pleased with it. I bought it mainly to watch sports and recent events like the WCWS and French Open looked great. Movies, especially some of the 4K UHD movies on Amazon Prime, are exceptionally clear.

I love the TV it has a very good color nice size for my room easy to set up it does it for you just say yes no or otherwise very convenient I would recommend it highly

Sound not the best - with an hi pitch whistle , the real disappointment is that the app selection is poor , no uk catch up services as promised in advert - with no communication from Sony UK

Purchased as a Christmas gift and it is already in use (prior one was not a smart TV). We all watched a show on Thanksgiving. Very easy set-up. Unanimous opinion was that the clarity of the picture was excellent, soothing, and easily adjustable brilliance and tone.

Extremely disappointed bbc and itv player apps not supported.Did not expect that from Sony when other brands manage to support them without difficulty.Picture and sound quality up to expectations.

Very disappointed that BBC I player, ITV hub, and Google Play store apps are not on the television. Marketing from many retailers shows it is included.

Rich blacks, vibrant colours and stunning picture. Love Bravia and this is the best one I’ve owned yet.
