We got this tv as our previous Samsung 4k that was hardly 3 years old had a pixel defect and the screen went 1/3 black…. So this time we decided to give a chance to a more expensive brand hoping for an immaculate and long lasting quality. So far it’s good.
The superior Sony picture quality is why I bought this product. Due to 120ft poplar trees we can't get a decent digital TV or Sky signal (I didn't bother tuning the set in), so we have to rely on Virgin for normal programs and Apple TV for internet viewing, also both the virgin box and Apple TV are...

Bought this to replace a 5 year old 43 inch Bravia. I thought it had been killed by a lightning strike to my phone line but it came back to life after a day and is now in a bedroom. I was therefore already used to a high-quality TV. This is a "Google TV" which replaces "Android TV".
Screen and sound excellent, ok the sound is using small speakers so to get more bass an additional external speaker would be useful. It’s good in that it advises me of programmes on the different apps that I have loaded but annoying in that the apps won’t be kept up to date and in the case of catch...
