Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Broke soon after purchase
Within a month of purchase, the left earbud broke. Very low volume and static/buzzing/popping. Didn’t fit well in my ears no matter which of the sizes I used, and touch controls were too sensitive, especially in dry weather. Had hair that went over my ears at the time, which also wasn’t a great combo. Sound was decent for the short time they were working correctly

Almost perfect headphones
Not sure whether it’s just because apple put in more R&D but their transparency mode is so much better than Sonys but there was a significant improvement over the mark 4s. I also hate how there’s a delay from input to output when using the tap features in both headphones. Been using the xm4 since 2022 and it’s the same inconvenience with the delay with both models so I really wish Sony could come with an update or something to improve on that. Otherwise a flawless headphone, able to compete and beat most over headphones, and just crushes the in ear competition by miles. Super happy with the purchase, will never choose anything besides Sony for quality sound.

Good but.. there are so many short falls
I owned every single sony wireless earbud.
And i have the same problem with all of them. I couldn't track the earbud when it is closed. Samsung lets you track the earbud why not sony give the same capability to track the earbud when the case is closed or when the ear buds are misplaced somewhere.
The earbuds plugs are so hard. According to me, they are such a setback. There is lot of air that goes in. It does not give me a good blockage of external noise. I have tried moving across the ear buds.
The clarity still is not part with few 300 dollar earbuds. Like B&W earbuds.

Best ANC Headphones Out There
These buds are by far the best out there. I had the 1000xm4's and they were great but Sony somehow improves on those because these are absolutely awesome!!! The sound quality is probably the best I've heard. The ANC feature is the best I've heard. Battery life is unbelievable. Sony checked all the boxes here.

Frustrating & annoying
I tried to like these, I really did. I’ve given them 5 months & I HATE these. They are so frustrating , they do not let
me connect to more than one device (i get an error in the app so that’s useless) , the way they sit in your ear is stupid. my left ear canal is a different size than the right I guess bc The left ear never is comfortable , It’s like half a size too small even with the smallest one on. It’s so frustrating to use these things on my left ear & while i’m fumbling trying to twist them , my fingers are hitting the sensor spot on the headphones changing my music. I literally want to throw them out the window but I payed ALOT more money than I would airpods which i should have just gotten in the first place 😭😭😭😭

Very disappointed!
My experience with the headphones was bad. It was the opposite of what I saw in that videos. I had high expectations but it didn't work how it was supposed. It does have goos noise cancelation but when I talk the people on the other line couldn't hear a word I would say. It all came out muffled. It isn't practical to raise and lower volume, and what makes irritated is that I cant track them if they were to get lost which happened already once. I downloaded three different apps just to see which one was compatible with it and a way to track it but nothing worked. Overall, since they were sony i thought they'd be good but it looks like apple and Samsung are way better then the Sony wf-1000xm5

Sound doesn't matter if they wont stay i ear
I never had such a problem with an ear nub staying in the ear. I typically use two brands. My current go to buds are Airpods Pro and Bose Ultra-quiet Comfort). I decided give these Sony WF1000XM5/B a try. The sound is good but for the life of me, I can't get them to stay in my ear. Well after only having them for a month one is lost as it fell out and I didn't notice. The cost to replace the bud is the same as buying a new one. I've owned many brands(Apple, Bose, Beats, Sony, Jabra, Samsung, Anker and Jaybirds to name a few) and never had a bud that I could not get to stay in my ear.

They get all the stars because they are the best.
I can feel the quality and pride the Team took in creating something that can have the ability to connect a Person in what it feels like to be human. These are a work of art delivering humanity in the most comfortable, discreet, personal manner. The sound is unbeatable.
The ability to shut it all out or you can give it a tap and listen to both the world and your music, book, movie at the same time. They are the best. And you feel it as soon as you take one in your hand.
