I purchased 4 of these cards and I have four of the Sandisk 64GB Extreme PRO UHS-1 SDXC Memory cards rated at 95MB/s. I ran the Black Magic Design Speed Test on all eight cards. The cards rated 170 MB/s Read and 90 MB/s write came out at 90.7 +/- 0.2 MB/s Read and 80.5 +/- .4 MB/s write.
I bought several of these cards. None of them shows the declared read speed of 170mb/s. I tried it with different readers, the result is always no more than 90mb/sLater I found out that the UHS-1 can not provide such a speed. Thats why it just looks like sandisk cheating.
Not much to say about this product. My SanDisk cards have always worked well. I bought this one for my Nikon D850. I bought 2 of these for the price of one Sony XDQ card. Besides I dont do video so not using the Sony card was a non-issue.
SanDisk Extreme Pros have been my 100% reliable go-to cards for years and this one is just a continuation of that lineage. I normally do not use cards this fat, so its really more of a hail Mary card if I know I am in some shooting situation that stopping to swap cards is just not an option.
I have always been using Sandisk and have been very confident in their stability and accuracy in speed. These cards are equal to the task, and when speed of capture is necessary for smooth video capture and play back, their are superior for use.
SD cards and mini-SD cards have improved in terms of storage space, and memory speed such that they have become indispensable in my day to day activities, transferring data back and forth between various electronic devices and my various desktop, laptop and other devices such as smartphones.
This card is advertised as V30, which guarantees write speeds of at least 30mb/s. Not only did i not get this minimum, but i never got 30 at all. 2 different computers struggled to crack 20mb/s and 20mb/s read speeds.
Good size for the money. Getting 167MB/s read with the Transcend card reader on USB 3.0. Would highly recommend. You can't go wrong with SanDisk and with these specs ;)
Card works, just very disappointed about the read and writer speeds. I ran the H2testw twice and only got around 70MB/s. Warning: Only 60873 of 60874 MByte tested. Test finished without errors. You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
I have used this in my Canon camera for a while and have no issues with any of Sandisk cards that I use. Never had any memory loss, never had any connection issues. Trust their products with my eyes closed
