I luv my tv but the sound quality is horrible it distorts so much that I had to buy a surround sound to cut the tv speaker off other then that it has beautiful picture quality, oh the remote is nice but good lord keep it away from you if you hit it with anything the picture changes.
It takes a few minor settings tweaks to get a good bright picture, but once there the picture is amazing. For me the secret is to turn off all the “picture clarity” options and all of the energy saving functions. The picture clarity darkens the picture considerable even with backlight maxed out.
I’ve been trying for hours to calibrate this TV and I’m still at square one. I still can’t get HDR turned on for any connected device- mainly my xbox one- xbox registers 4k but cannot get HDR to register no matter how I try. Solid picture, until it changes- somewhat arbitrarily.
Was not 55" was only 47" I already had a 47" Samsung smart TV Purchased in 2012. Speakers on this had gone bad. So when purchasing this new one I decided to go a bit larger and get a 55". When we unboxed TV from what stated 55" on the outside we took out TV and installed.
Overall I like the TV. The picture is good and the ergo is acceptable. The only thing I'm not fond of is the remote. Firstly, it charges by solar power so I hesitate to challenge its staying power and I keep it on the windowsill just in case.
I needed a center stand on the TV which prompted the purchase. So happy with all the bells and whistles on this model. Voice command can be used for a number of functions. Great purchase.
very nice tv, easy setup, great sound, and super picture.
Lightweight, I could use my old 42" tv wall mount. Definitely a smart tv. I love the solar remote and it works with Alexa. The picture is great and has a narrow frame.
It looks so nice and works perfectly!
My Dad is 91 and has difficulty seeing. So we bought this TV for him. The picture is of course bigger and the images crispy clear. He loves it.
