Samsung's QN90A Neo QLED TV line delivers picture quality that rivals OLED and dual-LCD alternatives, with some of the best contrast we've seen.
Extremely bright panel with deep blacks for very high contrast, Low input lag, Useful smart TV features, including your choice of voice assistant, Sleek, stylish design
Colors are slightly inaccurate out of the box, No Dolby Vision
The price for Samsung's latest sets may be up from last year's equivalent models, but if you're in the market for a new TV, the improvements to be found in the new QN90A series make it worth serious consideration.
Standard-setting HDR performance, Wide viewing angle for LCD, Deep blacks and strong shadow detail
Lacks Dolby Vision, Occasional blooming artifacts
Fantastic picture and good sound by itself. Easy to use Remote Control once you get used to it Samsung.sound bar (700a) goes nicely with it. Nice sound with both working together. It shines especially with music. In surround sound mode it sounds tinny.
This TV is very bright and sharp. The dark and light zones are great and the upscaling and smoothing works great for standard content. However, I noticed some image artifacts at default settings in certain shots while watching Invincible, an animated show, on the Amazon Prime app built into the TV.
Finally made the jump to the BIG screen - definitely worth it. Outstanding picture!
I don’t write many reviews but felt compelled to write this one to help balance out the negative ones. It is hands-down the best looking television I have ever owned. The blooming is nowhere near as bad as indicated on some of the other reviews. I only notice is when I’m really looking for it.
This TV is great. I have the “65. I don’t see the blooming issues people or reviewers are complaining about. I looked at some movie ending credits just to test and I didn’t see anything “glowing” around the letters-even with my eyes just inches from the screen. The colors really pop, too.
All of the colors on this tv have an unnatural neon look to them. It's quite distracting and I can't focus on the game I am playing because I can't take my eyes off the weird looking colors. Furthermore, there is no way to turn down the peak brightness without making the whole image dimmer.
Very glad we upgraded to this Samsung. We have several, have an LG 55" in second living room, but the 65"s really need to be Samsung for the best quality picture. I am very much impressed with the colors and detail of the neo led. Brightness and picture quality are 10 out of 10
The best Tv. Outstanding quality pictures , game mode is excellent. No rivals for this Tv. Well done Samsung :)
Sharpness of the picture
Really bad blurring on occasion even after putting the anti blur in settings to the maximum
