Bright, crisp and clear picture. My husband loves the TV. The sound is a bit lacking. We bought the Samsung soundbar and it's a perfect match. It took over a month to receive, Pilot freight is a terrible carrier.
I had a Vizio that I bought 5 months earlier and thought I would save money. Well, you get what you pay for. I couldn't stand the awful picture and purchased this set and trashed a 5 month old tv because I tried to cheap out.
Got the TV for Christmas. Connected it to my network and had voice commands working good. Then it quit connecting to network. Lost voice commands so couldn't change channels. Had to get different remote. Still won;t connect to network with WIFI.
This was a bad purchase. Samsung was a favorite until now. This TV had poor quality with the construction and the technology is not as good as they make it sound in the description. Picture was cloudy/foggy looking and made a halo effect on the screen. The sound could have been better.
If I could have given it a no star I would of. I should of payed more attention to the previous reviews. It's true this model has horrible image specially the moving image and just horrific on channels that are not HD. Blurry edges, pixeled blurred movement.
