Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Do not buy! Failed with 15 months of purchase.
As soon as the year warranty expired it started giving a c-d0 error. I was told the touchpad was being touched too hard. That didn't make much sense to me, so the support rep had me to unplug the microwave to reset. Started working briefly and the same error appeared. I started the microwave from smarthings, so I never touched the keypad. I called support and the only solution was to keep unplugging to reset. Now it's starting to error out while cooking, and it completely shuts down. This is very frustrating, and this is the first Samsung product I have ever had issues with in over 30 years. Unfortunately the warranty has expired. Highly unacceptable on all levels

Skinny and Cute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried about getting this microwave. I was afraid that it would be too small and that I wouldn’t be able to fit everything I wanted in it. That is actually not true. Everything fits just fine. I like that is smaller and you can see more of my backsplash. It looks very fancy in my kitchen. Some of the pre-programmed buttons are a little bit silly but that’s just because I don’t normally use them. The microwave is very powerful and cooks food well. I love that the vent automatically turns on when I'm looking on the stove since they're linked. I'm happy that I made the switch.

Magnetron Failed - No Heat, Costly ‘Warranty"
Super disappointed.
I loved the design, but the magnetron doesn’t last long at all. Everything works—lights, fan, turntable—but it does not heat.
Samsung requires you to pay for a technician inspection, charging hundreds of dollars, just to confirm a failure of a part that costs under $100. Yes, the magnetron has a 10-year warranty, but Samsung still makes money through service and labor fees, which defeats the purpose of the warranty.
I’ve seen the same copy-paste response from Samsung everywhere: “We’re here to help.” Honestly, that’s BS. I followed all troubleshooting steps, read the entire manual, and confirmed the issue myself—it is the magnetron. Please don’t send me links or scripts.
Good lucking design, POOR reliability, and DISAPPOINTING customer support.

Great function, defective mounting design
a bracket at the back wall & 2 top-front screws secure the unit to the cabinet above. under load, the internal mounts bend/deform the top metal of the unit up and out so you cannot get the unit level. we lowered the back bracket another 1/4 inch, but the top of the unit where the screws connect continued to deform outward 1/4 to 1/2 inch. i hope this isn't a design flaw in all units. we did not wish to return the unit, so we installed supports on the underside of the unit to hold it up and only loosely connected the bolts on top for emergency support. i am frankly stunned to come across this basic and dangerous design flaw. i didn't want to go through a return-and-replace when the next unit might be similarly defective so i kept it in place.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! POOR DESIGN!
The controls on this microwave have no backlight. You can see the clock time and date, but you cannot see any of the buttons that control the microwave. It is an extremely poor design. Samsung rep made the suggestions of memorizing where the buttons are, taping a diagram of buttons to a kitchen cabinet, or finding stickers to put on the buttons! Totally unacceptable for Samsung to design a microwave that is this hard to use for a consumer. No where in the description does Samsung disclose, you will not be able to see the buttons to control the microwave! Samsung needs to fix this issue for the consumer! I am using a flashlight to microwave things! Horrible product with a horrible design with no thought by Samsung of how inconvenient a small task of microwaving will be for a consumer!

Dead aftrt 1 year and 5 months.
I bought this to replace my first Samsung that died last year. This is now dead 1 year, 5 months later.
It is the same issue - it stops heating. Everything else works except heating. It could be a fuse or the magnetron. Super lame.
Out of warranty. I cannot purchase another Samsung microwave with such issues.

Fan is located to far back to work properly
this all-in-one design seems great on paper, but dropped the ball when it comes to doing both function (microwave / exhaust fan).
first, the 2 exhaust fans while loud and seems to have some suction, it located to far back to work effectively. the fans should be moved closer to the front. also, but button to control the exhaust fans is horrible. it's a touch button, but you have to press it several times to get to your desired option.
there should be 4 buttons to select which fan speed you want.
2nd, the door on this is a big wide. you can hid you head on it if you don't play close attention. it's also very awkward since the door is so wide.
3rd, the microwave function it's intuitive. there is no quick buttons for certain everyday food items,.

We Love our SLIM over-the-Range Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying our over the range SLIM Microwave for the last 4 months now and couldn't be more happier with it. It frees up the range space between the range and the microwave which makes it easier to see what is going on when you are cooking on the range. Don't let the SLIM part of the title throw you off, there is plenty of room for your casserole dish in the microwave. I love the programing features, they are easy to program. I love the over the range lighting that is coming from the Microwave. This is the best Microwave that we have owned to date.
