Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my samsung microwave. At first I was afraid of how small it looked and thought my deep dishes or a whole chicken would not fit but boy was I wrong. You can absolutely fit a whole chicken and deep casserole dish. I read other's complaints about accidentally hitting the fan button while closing the door and it turns it on but I am more aware and careful of that. I love that it gives me more wall space underneath to hang my spices and I do recommend this microwave and we are a samsung family so I absolutely am in love with all their appliances.

Adequate basic MW but there are problems
I have had this microwave for 8 months or so and there are 3 things that annoy me.
1. Clock
Does not automatically sync even though the MW is connected to my network
2. Fan makes a lot of noise but water vapor from steaming pots never really gets drawn through the filters. I do not have this exhausted outside. I just use the internal path where the fan blows out the top.
3. How about a real manual for my specific MW! Trying to figure out the reheat, auto-cook etc sequence is really annoying. …and why isn’t there an reheat for 1 piece of pizza? You can only do an auto-reheat for 2 pieces?

No Speed Buttons or Function
I love the size and it works well. The functions are full with things I suspect people rarely use. Most people using a microwave just want to open the door and heat something fast. Not press 1 press 0 press 0 press ok. Speed buttons are much more used functions like press 1 and immediately one minute goes on full power. Have been unable to understand the codes for changing the weight to pounds and the manual does not specify.
We had a great company in Albuquerque NM install our microwave called Smart Homes LLC. Very knowledgeable and handled all the hurdles with the new outlet wiring, new ductwork, and tile work. Smart Homes LLC was really great!

Unreliable quality, stopped working AGAIN!!!
Stopped working after 6-7 months, repaired under warranty, 2 months later stopped working again...... I assume this is a bad design or mine is a defective unit. Keep in mind that after the repair the warranty would only be for 2-3 months......

Poorly design microwave..
Should've checked the reviews before purchasing this microwave . It has the most flawed design I’ve ever seen. The control panel is hard to see even with the best lighting.. and has no backlight option. Samsung also placed the exhaust fan button so close to the side grip that I set it on almost every time I open the microwave. How annoying!! Lastly has no power level control button unless it is set on the phone app. Poorly designed!! I wish I could get my $ back.

Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this slim oven. It fits in my small space but not too small. Only 2 complaints. The fan button is in wrong spot. When I close it sometimes it turns it on. And the smart cook buttons. You have to guess at what you are cooking by instructions on the oven

Great for small kitchens
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Microwave is the perfect size for small kitchen. Installation was easy. Microwave takes getting use to, ready Instructions to get the full experience with your Microwave. It was easy to set up to my Samsung app, I know when its in use when I away from home. We find this is very efficient and easy to use. We dont have use of the Ventilation so I can not review. The fan is works get. Would definitely recommend this Microwave.

A bad engineering marvel
I seriously am wondering if anyone at Samsung actually used this machine before sending it out. You need to have your products tested by real people that actually use microwaves and don’t just have them around looking nice.
It gets two stars because it looks nice and heats things up. That’s about where the pros end.
Unable to see the buttons at nearly any time of day unless you have bright lights turned on. One of the dumbest things is the defrost feature where you can only defrost by weight and cannot enter a time manually. The fan button is in the absolute worst spot. The blue coloring for the digital display…why?
All in all I regret this purchase but I will use it until it dies which should be soon according to other reviewers.
