Samsung HW-Q700A 330W 3.1.2-Channel Soundbar System

The Samsung Q700 soundbar brings Dolby Atmos 3D surround sound to the room, analyzing and optimizing each sound so that as sound levels change you won't miss a single line of dialogue. It's easy to set up, and pairs instantly with any Samsung TV.

The HW-Q700A lacks the side firing speakers like the Sonos Arc soundbar, but I don't have the best room to take advantage of such features as I have open walls to the side. I live in a small studio condo and I wanted my entertainment setup to look as sleek and minimalist as possible.

  The only sonic deficiency is what comes out of the subwoofer. For one, while it's deep and plenty powerful (enough to rattle and buzz my desk some meters away while playing Dunkirk), the subwoofer doesn't give the deepest response. Moreover, I don't think the bass is clean.

This is my first soundboard, and I am impressed. The sound is expansive, clear, and the woofer is adequate for my 20' square room. Bluetooth woofer and surround speaker capability is very nice, and the integration with my phone for music playback works very well. I'm very pleased with the soundbar.

A bittersweet experience. Excellent clarity on voices and mid-range material. But there's no fullness, even with the bass turned all the way up and the sub-woofer set on its highest setting. It just sounds thin. Even on network shows with music, there's very little bass sound when drums hit.

I bought this product to use on my new Xbox, mostly to have better sound quality on TV and movies. I was blown away, the sound bar has great sound to it, it can get extremely loud and the subwoofer booms. Definitely recommend it

This soundbar and subwoofer sound great and pair well with my Samsung TV. Setup was ridiculously easy. I don't need all the super fancy features of the more expensive models in this line. This does exactly what I need which is just create a nice sonic landscape for movies and TV shows.

I just started using it. The sound is amazing. The sub puts out great bass. Volume works with other remotes including phone, TV and fire. The setup is very easy.

Connecting the sound bar was easy, and the sound is great. However we are challenged with the sound constantly cutting out. I thought it might be wireless, so I hardwired it in, and it ended up being worse. It happens randomly but sometimes it happens 5 or so times in one show.

Was easy to set up and link to the Samsung TV I purchased as well. The sound quality for the price is very good!

This product works seamlessly with my 50 inch Sony TV and the new Apple TV 4K - on/off and volume control with the Apple remote. Dialog is clear as a bell, and easily overcomes my moderate tinnitus. The small subwoofer puts out quite a lot of bass.
