The Samsung Galaxy Watch pairs sleek and compact design with fitness smarts and a robust notification system. It doesn’t have the best battery life, but it’s enough to get by. It’s an excellent value at just $200. Yes, but you’ll have to pay more. The 46mm Galaxy Watch starts at $350.

Good fitness-tracking capabilities, Excellent display, Beautiful, simple design, Comfortable and lightweight build, Decent battery life
-
-
Limited capabilities when used with non-Samsung phones and apps, No rotating bezel, Limited third-party apps
The Galaxy Watch Active is a great smartwatch and fitness tracker at a reasonable price, but don’t count on actual blood-pressure monitoring any time soon.

The Galaxy Watch Active's lightweight and simple design make it better for working out and wearing to bed than previous models. It packs in health and fitness features at a lower price than its competitors and works on both Android and iOS.

It's missing the rotating bezel we loved on previous Samsung watches and comes in only one size with no LTE option. The blood-pressure monitoring is half baked at best. Samsung's Health app doesn’t make it easy to locate all your data.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active offers a wealth of smartwatch and fitness tracker features in a versatile and attractive design.

Lightweight, stylish design. Lots of functionality for the price.
-
-
Thick, stationary bezel. Shorter battery life than Galaxy Watch.
Samsung’s latest smartwatch drops the rotating bezel, but it gets most basics right

Comfortable, lightweight design, Reliable battery life, Good fitness-tracking features

Bixby is a poor voice assistant, Clumsy to use with non-Samsung phones, Fewer third-party apps than other smartwatches
The Galaxy Watch Active is basically the flagship Galaxy Watch boiled down into a basic, sport-friendlier body. It loses the rotating bezel, has a much smaller face and shorter battery life, but otherwise offers everything you’d expect from Samsung’s higher-end smartwatch at a cheaper $200.
The Galaxy Watch Active works well and has many practical features. The watch is not only intended for sportsmen and women, but it is above all designed for this type of audience. Those who prefer to wear smaller watches, as most sports watches are quite large and voluminous, will be delighted with...

Gorgeous design. Lightweight. Good price.

Mixed accuracy. RIP rotating bezel.
When Samsung announced the Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch at its Unpacked Event a few weeks ago, I was cautiously optimistic. Sure, it did away with the company’s signature rotating bezel, but otherwise, it was sleek, had all the right specs, and honestly, Samsung has consistently put out some of...

The Galaxy Watch Active comes with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display. Under the hood is an Exynos 9110 SoC, 768MB RAM and 4GB storage. The smartwatch offers a battery life of up to two days.
Rumoured and leaked almost as much as the S10 phones it launched alongside, the Watch Active is the second of Samsung’s smartwatches to sport the “Galaxy” name. While the underlying experience it offers bears some resemblance to the vanilla , the Active marks a turning point for Samsung’s wearables...
I bought this a month ago and it is really helpful.
First off I quite like the watch for its smart watch capabilities. That being said, one of the main reasons i purchased it was for its sleep tracking and Unfortunately this does not seem to be working as well as expected.
Firstly, I wanted to buy the Galaxy watch 42mm. I have very small wrists and the size of it was monstrous. This watch actually looks great. I initially wanted the 42mm Galaxy watch but the size for my small wrists was monstrous!
Love this watch, it's very stylish and has great features. Inputting your workouts are great - the watch demonstrates how to do each exercise and counts your reps for you, great additional feature which helps keep you motivated. I also really like the sleep tracker. Definitely worth the money!
Have used watch for a month now. Sleep tracking is terrible. If I lay down to read, it thinks I'm sleeping. The step counter log only has a graph, does not show actual step number history. My old Fit 2 did these things much better. It looks nicer, has a better battery and better watch faces.
I bought this watch thinking that it would not work. Has been the best experience ever ;)
I initially wanted the Samsung galaxy watch but it was too expensive for me. After watching reviews on YouTube I realised the Active watch is more suited for me, beautiful rose gold colour with pink wrist band. Fun to play with, many watch faces available inc personal pictures as wallpaper.
The watch automatically turns on and off, got some kind of manufacturing defect.
I've had mine for about a week. The first thing I'd like to point out, if you haven't bought one yet, is the Blood Pressure feature only works if you have a Samsung Galaxy S9 or S10. Which you could say is some dodgy advertising and may be a contributing factor if your thinking of buying it.
Bought for my son 16th he loves it amazing and works brilliant with mobile
