Overall, the Samsung WF7500 is a solid machine that would make a good addition to any family home, as it really can handle a lot of laundry at once. We would recommend using a stain remover on heavily soiled items.

You may not know this but Consumer reports rated this this top "front loading" washer in the buying guide, that is why I chose it. I will be very honest, this machine is a bit smarter than I am. Many more options than I knew were available to wash clothes.

We have had this unit for about weeks now and all is good. The capacity is great and the unit is not load while running. The cycle end alert is loud enough and greatly appreciated. Do wish the unit had a towels/sheets cycle like my previous unit. Overall we are pleased with this unit.

Very pleased with this product, it is our first front loader. Very easy, simple and intuitive to use, love the large capacity. Only think I am not keen on is the dark glass in the door, sometime I forget I have laundry in there, because I can't see it, I can use the app though no doubt that would...

Once I figured out the operation of this unit, I was very pleased with it. Some of the cycles seem excessively long, but my work clothes and animal blankets are very well cleaned. I like it a lot and would get another if I had to make the choice again.

I love it . It functions so well and cleans!

good washer. A bit annoying that it defaults to locked position so you have to power it on to add clothes to the washer. The extra spin addition to a wash cycle really helps with drying times.

I ran it once to clean it and the display module broke. Samsung told me to call Home Depot for a replacement and I had to argue with them that this wasn't something Home Depot did and this was a manufacture defect... in the end Samsung sent a tech and it was fixed but it broke right away!

I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but it is doing great so far. No leaks and it is VERY quiet. We can leave the laundry room door open without going deaf. I've used several of the various programs and they've all performed well.

We keep getting a C4 error when we try to run any of the blue wash cycles an d off and on fit the grey cycles. Donu2019t buy this.
