The Polaroid Snap Touch is a fun, affordable camera with a built-in printer, but it's slow and only offers smartphone-level image quality.
Inexpensive. Selfie mirror. In-camera filters and editing tools. Doesn't require ink for printing. Smartphone printing via Bluetooth. Affordable prints.
Underwhelming image and print quality. Slow autofocus. Lackluster LCD. Quirky UI.
For kids, and many of us adults, taking pictures is all about fun and creating memories to keep and share. The Polaroid Snap, with its minimal controls, lets users do just that, with the added attraction of having both digital and instant-printing capabilities.
Simple to use, Creates digital files and instant prints, Rechargeable battery
Poor low-light performance, Weak flash
The Snap Touch was never going to replace your proper compact camera. And let’s be honest, your phone will do a better job when it comes to photos - as long as you've got a relatively recent flagship squeezed into your pocket, anyway.
As with many cameras like this, such as those produced by Lomo, the main purpose and point of the Polaroid Snap is to have fun and experience something a little different. It’s true that the Polaroid Snap will never match up to a “proper” camera (or even a decent smartphone), but it also has the fun...
Whilst the Polaroid Snap can be fun, it is not as much fun as a real analog instant camera, such as the Fujifilm Instax Mini, although you do get a digital copy of the photo. MicroUSB charging makes it easy to charge the camera. The simple design and limited controls makes it easy to use the camera.
Zink prints can be used as stickers, Great at parties, MicroUSB charging, Stylish and compact, Best results with black and white
Poor image quality, Poor colour (especially when using LED flash), Not as instant as an analogue instant camera, No video mode, No screen
We just opened this camera. Took 9 pictures. We were very careful with it. Tried to take one last picture to use the last slip of photo paper inside. Now it's jammed. We've reloaded the paper. It won't take any new pictures and it won't do anything.. not even take digital pictures.
Don't waste your money!!! Bought this for my girlfriend as a gift and the camera worked less than a month, it would no longer turn on. Just got to print one picture before the battery gave out.
Bought for my daughter and she loves it. The pictures are 2 x 3 and they are stickers. The pictures are not top quality like my professional camera, but they are just perfect for kids to have fun and to share them with friends.
As a gift for a going away present it was perfect
I miss those old Polaroids. These prints are too small for my tastes
The cámara looks stunning and the best of all it’s easy to use!!
Love this fun camera - great for parties. Easy to use.
It's was the best gift ever..!!
Compact, easy to operate instant camera;acceptable quality of the printed photos, lower price than the older photos of Polaroid. If you want better quality of photos - print them on proper photo printer or get the older cameras\new model is coming soon with slightly cheeper paper!\.
Love it, sleek design, and easy to use!
