The D5600 is a capable DSLR with an added always-connected system for communicating with smart devices. It does many things well but what should be the cool features aren't as polished as the underlying camera.
Love this camera. Very easy to use. Takes great shots, even if you leave it on auto as you are learning. The Snapbridge addition is very nice. (one of the few upgrades over the D5500) Transferring a smaller version of the file to my phone while taking pictures is a very nice feature.
The D5600, like the D5500 before it is a good camera with a great sensor. The lightweight body is awesome, and the deep grip makes it very comfortable to use. It's not much of an upgrade from it's predecessor, however, and it's a shame Nikon is still releasing cameras in 2017 that don't have 4K...
My review is sweet and simple, I love it. Before buying it I kept reading reviews of the camera saying that there's nothing really new with the D5600 over it's predecessor except Snap Bridge. I totally disagree. I like almost everything about the D5600 except Snap Bridge, which I think sucks.

Snap Bridge. as I said before it sucks.
I bought this international D5600 last week and it was delivered two day after I placed my order which was pretty fast! Before I purchased the camera , I was worried about this kind of imported camera quality and wondered if any part of the camera has been changed to non-original parts.
Please note that I am reviewing this from a stills perspective, as I don't do much video other than the basic short clips. Video quality looks decent, based on what I've seen. Anyway... IMAGE QUALITY: The main issue I have with this camera is that the Automatic White Balance is terrible.
