The rock star of grills!
I have my Prestige Pro 825 for about 9 months now, thankfully it was installed in February! The WOW factor is incredible every time someone comes over, they are blown away by the sight of the Prestige 825. I love the ability to sear some nice steaks on the sizzle zone while grilling vegetables and shrimp on the standard side. For years I had a competitor’s infra-red grill and was getting ready to pull the trigger on another one when I somehow found the Napoleon web page. Well after reading about the Prestige 825 I was sold it had everything I wanted in a grill. I am extremely pleased I went with the Napoleon Prestige 825.

Neat, but not great
I bought this beautiful grill thinking it had to be great since they put so much into it. It's pretty, it's solid, it cleans easily. The colors and the name on the ground, fabulous. But alas, the feeling surface is hardly uniform. Rear center is significantly hotter than the rest of the grill, and I have to move food around continuously to prevent scorched one place and raw in the other.
Frankly, I expected more from the primary function of such a pretty grill.

Great grill but not perfect
PRO's : I have had this grill for about a year. I love the large grill areas/high temperatures and dual infrared side burners as I do a lot of large volume of cooking etc. Plus I have it connected to a 500 gallon LP tank as you will burn through the basic tank quick when using it a lot as I do. The exterior SS is holding up great as I live on the west gulf coast of Florida.
CONS: I live in central gulf coast of Florida so the elements are working on parts of the exterior.(chrome starting to degrade/stickers around gas knobs falling off etc., see photos) The internal workings are so far working good. As usual every grill has hot spots but this one is minimal so you have to work with it. What I did not like about the upper grates is the space between bars is too wide which allows food to fall through. I mean like chicken wings/veggies etc., normal foods. (See photos). I bought stainless grates to cover them. The hanging places for tools is in the incorrect place and too few. (See photos). I added stainless pot rack S hooks to the front chrome handles. The side marinate/cooler tub is basically a bust. It fills with water when it rains. I have yet to use it. The lower draws/cabinets get warm when using high heats and also get wet when it rains or when washing the grill so put items in totes.
My overall opinion of this grill is a 8 out of 10. I use my grill 5+ days a week so it gets a good workout! I did lots of research on what to buy and still think this was a good choice for me. Yes there are hiccups but doesn't effect my overall cooking ability.

Great Grill!
Loved the Pro 500 when we switched from the “W” family a few years ago; love this one even more! Cooks extremely well, although we’re not as enamored with the electronics of either, the sizzle zone capabilities can take your skills to a whole other level… this grill works.

It’s Great!
I am very happy with my grill. I have made complete meals on many occasions, meats potatoes, sauces, veggies, even pasta on the side burner . I don’t have to spend time in the kitchen. I use my grill all year. The searing zone is wonderful.i am very happy with it. I also use a Kamado grill and I have also a pizza oven. So we love cooking outside on all my grills.

Napoleon Pro 825
After retirement, I bought this grill to be the last grill I would ever need. It has not disappointed. I use it several times a week and look forward to trying new meats. The Napoleon has been a great investment. And if you have any questions, their customer service is outstanding.

Not as good as expected..
I am so disappointed in the 825 grill for the amount of money that was spent it is sad the the grill has failed so quickly. Grill was purchased almost a year ago. Lights have all failed the sear burners no longer work..
