This ballhead is the best I have used so far. Sure it is heavier, but it is also highly reliable, will not move or sag and secures the camera very well. Excellent for a full frame camera with a heavy lens.
I was happy to have a ball head that is as secure as the XPRO. Easy to use. I like the way this tightens as with my old head I never felt my camera was very secure. I finally have a head that I am as comfortable in the horizontal position as I am in the vertical position.
It's sturdy and easy to use. I needed a replacement for my very old one, and this is a pleasure compared to my old one.
lejos un cabezas completo y robusto; con tantas prestaciones que permite hacer rpidamente un movimiento y ajustar. Ademas todos los controles son ajustables a como uno se encuentra ubicado ante l.
Solid sturdy tripod that worked really well this past weekend. The quick release clamps made adjusting the legs easy. The ball head clamped tight right where I wanted it to. Didn't get a chance to try the tripod with my Sigma 150-600 Sport lens so I may update this review when I get that set up.
this is absolutely obligatory! the ball-head is much easier for getting a perfect steady image. great how you can easily adjust your angles!
Works great overall, but the quick release 'snap-in' takes a bit to get used to. States it drops straight down but you have to snap it in at a bit of an angle and make sure it clicks in properly (one close call - if not in correctly even when you tighten the lock it's still loose).
This is how you attach heavy Macro equipment to a tripod. Works extremely well, It is ergonomic, sturdy and well made. I have used it for a while now as a second head for doing macro work, I have a micro positioner attached full time to the top of it so all I have to do is pop off the normal ball...
I recently purchased this head for a trip to Namibia and found it generally smooth and easy to use. But there are two things that really annoyed me . Firstly the friction control knob fell out within a few days of use and is lost forever, everyone check this little thing as it can rattle out very...
I purchased the Manfrotto Mhxpro-Bhq6 Xpro Ball Head w/Top Lock Quick-Release System to used with a monopod out in the field. Although it is a bit bulkier than similar products, I can rely on this specific head because it is strong enough to hold the larger, heavier telephoto lenses in my inventory...
