wonderful lens at a good price for Leica. Well constructed. Its not as fast as the more expensive lenses, but for my uses, its just fine. there is vignetting at the margins, as is to be expected. I am very happy with this as a go-to street photography ready lens.
I bought this lens to pair with my Leica M-A a film camera. My intent was to have a lightweight lens providing good contrast and easy handling. This lens does all of that, but it also does a lot more.
