My only 2 issues with the washer are that I find I have to wash sheets and towels separately because the weight of the wet towels seems to make the washer...

I have had this for almost a month and couldn't be happier! The drum is huge and everything I wash comes out clean & fresh smelling! Dryer time seems to be reduced due to the spin cycle removing most of the water. Going back to a top load from a front load was the best decision I could have made!

Decided to go with a top loader given all the mold and odor issues associated with front loaders. No regrets here. This washing machine is awesome. HUGE capacity. Can wash a queen size comforter no sweat. Can hold tons of clothes per load. Does an excellent job of cleaning as well.

We use this washer primarily for towels. It is amazing that they are washed & dried in the same machine. The unit does not have a wrinkle guard setting so we have been less pleased with shirts left in the unit after the cycle is complete; wrinkled! Plan to remove them promptly. Large capacity!

I expected this to be like my other LG but I dont find it cleans all that well. I used 3-4 tide pods and on occasion I still see makeup on my wash cloths and I never over stuff my washer since Im single. I use to use the pods with my other washer and never had this problem.

We didn't know how quiet a washing machine could be! Compared to previous washers, we barely know this one is running. We are impressed by the small amount of water it uses to get our clothes clean. Only wish is that we could create our own custom user preset to save as the download setting.

We love this new washer, it’s efficient, easy to use and has a really large capacity. We have already been able to wash large queen and kind size comforters easily and this saves us from dry cleaning! We would definitely highly recommend this LG washer!

This washer replaced a Maytag front loader. First, I have to say it is very loud while in use. Also it seems to leave residue on my dark clothing so I have to either wash again &/or use the extra rinse regardless of the amount of clothes or liquid detergent used.

Continuously have issues with gunk building up under the base plate inside the washer and then releases into laundry especially when loads are on warmer to hot settings. Must remove the plate and spray out once every few months.even when using tub clean every couple weeks.

Works well. Incredibly huge bin! Like the window on the door. Don't like how unless the door is pushed totally open it falls on my head! I am sure once I understand all the features by looking online, I will like it even more as it is dizzying to me (Single male). Love the gray color.
