I love having this tower as a space saver, it looks nice and have very good features. The controls are easy to use and they cover what is necessary for all types of laundry without being too difficult to use. The washer is excellent and the dryer works well without excessive noise.

Seems to be working fine, install was tricky because it's such a large unit, ours needed to go on the 2nd floor and the team delivering it wouldn't move it up there because of safety concerns, so that's something to consider. Once we paid movers to move it up and slide it in it's worked well

I have no more compliments for LG-WashTower after my experience with hose connection issue that developed just eight months after new installation. The problem: after installation cold water rubber hose was rubbing against the dryer vent. The hose melted and started leaking.

l am in love with the LG wash tower. It works quickly. I can do more loads in way less time. Due to limited space in my laundry room I had to get a stackable unit. One of the features I love is that the controls for both are in the middle where they can be easily reached by a petite person.

we are very happy with our purchase except for the stainless steel plate inside the drum of the dryer. Itlooks like rust forming on it, tech came out and said that is normal, Home Depot appliance guy said that is not true. Still looking for a real answer.
