we are very happy with our purchase except for the stainless steel plate inside the drum of the dryer. Itlooks like rust forming on it, tech came out and said that is normal, Home Depot appliance guy said that is not true. Still looking for a real answer.

I have no more compliments for LG-WashTower after my experience with hose connection issue that developed just eight months after new installation. The problem: after installation cold water rubber hose was rubbing against the dryer vent. The hose melted and started leaking.

l am in love with the LG wash tower. It works quickly. I can do more loads in way less time. Due to limited space in my laundry room I had to get a stackable unit. One of the features I love is that the controls for both are in the middle where they can be easily reached by a petite person.

I bought this less than s month ago and did laundry twice. Cleans and dries well. Location of control panel is obviously very convenient. The only thing that I would like to have is more flexibility with choices of temperature for each washing and drying cycle.
