This might not be the great picture right out of the box kind of TV, but once you get the right settings (easy to find in a Google search) the quality of the picture it is truly amazing. I needed to adjust the color a little bit, it was brownish at the beginning, now looking very natural.
For most of the last year I was pretty happy with this TV. It has a great picture, the remote is... so-so (since the most important buttons are the smallest its really kind of a worse than average design), but now whenever I stream Netflix its out of sync. EVERYTHING on Netflix is out of sync.
I bought this TV a while back, but the software is poor. When I play back a 4K movie through Plex, the app crashes about half the time, and I've had the entire TV crash several times. This is NOT acceptable. Please hire some programmers with a clue.
Purchased the 43UK6300PUE on Dec 4, 2018, therefor 6 eeks ago. Love the image quality but inputting any data is by means of the remote control which in itself is a pain and slow. You have to take the time to read the owners manual (product manuals from Korea leave much to be desired).
I primarily use the 55UK6300PUE with my 8th generation gaming consoles. Also for streaming films on demand. Power users will notice lack of features and options. SmartTV options are pretty great. This television is excellent for the average user.
For the price is does what is promises. I havent even bought the magic remote yet. Ive been enjoying antenna broadcasts as well as streaming all easy and simple. Its is a little slow to bring up the guide on antenna channels but picture and performance is great. My first LG is a hit!
I bought it because the brand name has a good reputation and the price point was good. Set up was fairly easy but the interface is not user friendly. I'm not an expert but I'm also not a novice just an average user and it should be easier to add apps and set up favorites.
With the hdr it shows the Netflix HDR movies great. Pleas note you need the priemere Netflix account to get HDR from Netflix. Also having the HDMI ARC connection on the tv is a plus.
I recently purchased this television after researching for quite some time. The picture is amazing and sound is really great also. Only issue is I have t found the perfect sound settings for me to where the music isn't extremely loud and then I can't hear people speaking.
The 43 version is excellent TV unit, has all basics plus Bluetooth and IPS LCD panel. Sound is very good, no sound bar needed unless used in a large room.
