I love it. The E-saver function is great. Once I figured out that I could connect to the A/C by WiFi and got it setup, I love it even better. I have it in a sunroom that I don’t need it on all the time, it is great to be able to program it to come on and shut off.

I purchased this using it to cool a walk-in cooler for our vegetable production. Since installing it, I haven't had to worry about vegetables spoiling in the summer heat one bit. The AC unit runs quietly and efficiently and I'm always surprized at how cool the cooler is!

We bought this and installed it ourselves. It keeps our 752 sq ft home super cold and has helped immensely with humidity issues as well. Have had some trouble hooking it up to ThinQ, but otherwise it has been a super solid investment so far.

Great cooling in a portable building (not so good insulation) in the West Texas sun! Amazingly quite! After much research I selected this LG unit and I’m sure glad I did. Loaded with features easy to install I am so far 100% satisfied.

I’ve had this two weeks now. Temperatures here in east Texas have been 105 to 109 each day. This unit under these adverse conditions has performed flawlessly. I’m impressed so far…. Hope this unit last a long time.

I brought this air condition 1year 3 month and it's already broke im not satisfied at all

I bought for a classroom, and it works wonders. Classroom now has air and heat.

wi-fi does not work and this is after on hold for several hours it still doesn't work

Too noisy if I would’ve known I would have not bought this AC unit is too noisy at night is hard to sleep
