Good value for the price. Louder than the air conditioner it replaced, yet quieter than a new Frigidaire A/C + heat unit. Also doesn't cool as well as the old A/C unit it replaced, yet much more energy efficient. Does its job and has a lot more features including remote! Heat works very well.

This was installed in a 11' x 10' well insulated new addition and doesn't do a good job of heating or cooling.
IT NEEDED AN WALL MOUNT CASE THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this LG model about 2 month ago and I absolutely love it. The price was reasonable compared to others I checked. I come in from work and set the heat cycle on 78 and within 5 minutes my whole living room is nice and warm.
Side that is outside looks pretty unfinished and ratty.
