I got this to go with a new stand up desk as a replacement for my old 5 x 1080p setup. I used this for work and my laptop (Lenovo W520) can only do native resolution at 30hz, for me that is not a big deal since I do web development and a bunch of remote terminals for my daily tasks.
This monitor improves the way that you work, being able to split the screen in half it's something that you want to have. Gaming experience? Makes you feel more inside the game. Recommend.
Huge Screen., Height adjustable, Nice Colors., Good Pixels density, Nice angles., Easy but complete menu
0 cons so far.
I've had this monitor now for most of 2017 and it's been a solid monitor. The only problem with this monitor is the software for it, screws up everytime you plug in the HDMI cable, or when you put your computer into sleep mode and open it up all the applications that are on default on a different...
Besides the two cons mentioned, I'm happy with the purchase and use two of these in dual monitor desktop. I really love my setup and have no regrets.
Picture quality is fantastic. Input selection fairly easy Speakers are a nice feature
PIP mode really is not PIP, but simply snapping an application to a predefined window space on a monitor. A true PIP would allow one input source to overlay another input source. I was disappointed that this feature is not present Switching between inputs should be a single button push, since there...
I LOVE THIS MONITOR. I purchased 2 one for my boss and one for myself. It's like having two monitors without taking up my entire desk. I have this same model at home as well.
I'm loving the 21:9 ultrawide screen format, and the 2560x1080 resolution seems to exactly hit the sweet spot for playable frame rates in modern AAA games with all the eye candy maxed out on my GeForce 980Ti.
This was a great purchase to replace a 24" display that went bad. Love the split screen technologies.
I f'n LOVE this monitor. It's great if you are a gamer or edit videos like me :P
Great screen you have to use display port for free sync
This monitor was great for the money. When I was picking this monitor out, It was hard to tell what the big difference is between this $300 monitor and ones that cost $1000. I still dont know of any crazy difference.
