The Kodak Pixpro SP360 4K is one of the first 360 degree cameras to add 4K support, but resolution is still a problem with the format.
Captures 360-degree video. Records in 4K. Wi-Fi with NFC. Standard tripod mount. Available with accessory bundle. Waterproof housing available.
Disappointing smartphone and desktop software. Video edges are soft. Purple fringing in high contrast areas. 360-degree video has a long way to go.
The versatile Kodak Pixpro SP360 4K is a 360-degree camera and 4K-resolution action cam rolled into one. You'll need better software than what's provided to get the most from it, though.
The Kodak Pixpro SP360 4K is a clear improvement over the original's video quality. Single-camera 360-degree video and photos don't require stitching. A Dual Pro Pack of cameras makes it possible to create spherical video with its bundled basic stitching software.
The Dual Pro Pack is priced for serious hobbyists and pros and will require better software than Kodak's included solutions for the best results. Included stitching software is for video only. The bundled dual-camera mount is a pain to use and no simple tripod mount is included.
This camera can be used to cover a 360 view and with YouTube software can be up loaded as a full 360 player. Waterproff case makes it possible to go almost anywhere. Use a phone as remote to see what the camera see. Can be used as 180 he camera.
Easy to Use, Easy To Use On Iphone, Good Image Stabilization
No External Mic Input, Not The Best Indoors, Poor In Low Light, Tripod Mount On Side
While some people have been able to get this work (usually with a lot of fussing) this product has not worked well since the day i got it. it requires more than one app on your phone (if you can get your phone to connect, which is a big if) 1 out of every 10 video's will upload to youtube the rest...
So Awesome love it, easy to use can't say enough good things about it. If your an armature or even intermediate this is the one to use. It takes a bit of time to get use to the controls but it's simple, and gets you going right away. Only complaint....
