It has been a while since Audioholics ha s reviewed a Klipsch product, and we thought that their refresh of the Reference Premier line would be an ideal time to take a look at what Klipsch has been up to in the loudspeaker world. Today, we take a look at the RP-8000F floor-standing speaker.

Neutral, accurate response, Nicely controlled dispersion, Wide dynamic range, Above average sensitivity, Copper tones on gloss black is very slick looking

Listed 98dB/2.83v/1m sensitivity spec does not give context (non-anechoic)
These are my new favorites. I own several different brands of speakers from JBL,ELAC,KEF and DEFINITIVE TECHNOLOGY. They are all great speakers and have served me well. But there is just something special about the way these sound, big yet refined, tight and dynamic with very good clarity.

Speaker cabinet resonance and damping could be better.
Hard to believe nobody has reviewed these. I paired them with a Primaluna EVO300i for wonderful results. Very dynamic and lots of bass, with crystal clear highs. They do take awhile to break in. Don’t expect smooth highs, and lots of bass for at least two hundred hours.
Very happy with the natural sound of the Klipsch RP-8000F speakers. They compliment the living room decor, fit perfectly, and did I mention they sound great. Natural highs and lows. I wouldn't expect anything less from Klipsch. A great companion for my Pioneer SX-650. Very efficient speakers.
I don't have much to say, but what I will say is that this speaker is AMAZING! I got 2 of them paired with an RP-504C center speaker and I can tell you that it will take a lot for me to step into a movie theater again.
Little tight and sparse on the bass and mid-range at first. Took about 60 hours of burn in to get them really loosened up but once they did, wow. Full range transparent sound. Running Yamaha amp with Schitt DAC in stereo with these. Don't really need subwoofer for music but I have one for movies.

Great sound. Easy to drive. Superb coverage across spectrum of audible Sonic range.

Large and require space between then and wall
Got these to complete my Klipsch 7 + 2 Home Theater system. Boy are they great, Lots of oomph yet very clear sounding with some good bass on the low end. And what a great value! Huge improvement over my 20+ year old speakers they replaced.
So far I love them. Badass speakers smooth crisp highs and mids with nice solid bass.
Bought these to replace some twenty year old Reference Towers (which I love). Hooked the Klipsch 8000s up side by side with my old speakers. The difference was dramatic- deeper/wide sound with the 8000s. Hearing things that I never knew were there.

These speakers are Much bigger than I expected. But it's worth it.
Paired with the SW050, center channel and four quintet satellites, with a Denon AVR 7.1, with front height set up, I’ve played, pandora, YouTube, Sirius, Blu-ray, DVD concerts and CDs. I am quite impressed, I’m.
Excellent has massive drivers you can feel the bass and clarity must have.
