REVIEW – Like many, I love good audio and depend on my Bluetooth Earbuds. I use them frequently while working around the house and yard, but my ears are small so finding something comfortable is challenging.

Overall headphones are a good product and function well until you try to use with a PC (using Microsoft) with Teams - To be fair and clear the headphones worked well with my Apple Products (Phone & Ipad) with the same App, though would not work on my PC using Team, caused the Application to crash...

Set these up just 10 minutes past. Now, I have to say my first impression of these "Buds" is very good! I like the fact, that the voice over for noise cancellation etc. is an actual voice and not a few beeps.

Out of about 10 pair of ear buds that i have including the Bose quet comfort these JBL have the best seperation of all of them. I also have a set of the Galaxy 2 pro they have a very warm laid back sound but no where near the wide spacious sound seperation as these JBL the battery life is fair and...

Every time you touch earbud stops; have to constantly change modes & Google Assistant not syncing; additionally not loud enough- can still hear background with them UNLIKE MY BOSE

I wish these companies understood that a hard plastic shape won't fit it everyone's ears. We should at least know our sizing options so we don't order products we can't use. I literally couldn't wear the left one as it hurt to wear.

These earbuds just survived the washer and dryer. I just took some clothes out of the dryer and found my JBL earbuds container in the pocket of a pair of pants. My immediate thought was, "Dang, I really liked these and now, I have to order another pair!

I like the sound quality however found it very difficult to maintain in my ears

Other than ambient awareness, everything is perfect. Sound canceling works great and blocks out distracting noise. Ambient awareness mode isn't the best for mechanics because loud noises seem to go through them like impacts or banging.

Excellent overall

These are THE BEST headphones I have ever owned. The sound quality is unbeatable even on my beats headset.
