Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Don't do it if you enjoy a quiet, efficient washer
Worst appliance we ever bought. Had it one month and paid the restocking fee to return it and purchase a different brand. EVERY LOAD was a hassle!!! Washer constantly going unbalanced, the thickness of the outer metal is so thin when you lean against it to get wash out the metal buckles inward. The washer walked itself during EVERY load and needed to be pushed back in place, laundry detergent dispensers sitting full of water after the cycle is done, EXTREMELY LOUD clicking and knocking throughout cycle changes to the point the dog ran for the basement as soon as I started a load. This was my third HE top loader washing machine so it's not my first rodeo.

I HATE THIS WASHER AND ITS COMPANION DRYER
I got this washer PTW700BSTWS in May 2023 and have hated it ever since. The controls are not user friendly, the machine locks so you cannot open to stop the cycle to add items or if you just want the load to soak for a while. The machine stops during the spin cycle since the load always gets into a ball making the spin unbalanced--I must open the machine, redistribute the load and restart the cycle. I HATE THIS WASHER! I ALSO HATE THE COMPANION DRYER PTD70EBSTWS which never dries the first cycle, always requires a second drying cycle and sometimes a third drying cycle. I was a loyal GE customer for many years...not anymore! 11-25-2023

GE Washer
What I love is the look, the large capacity, a lot of settings, quick cycle, heat settings, spin settings, water level, sanitizing cycle, no agitator, easy to clean, easy to wash a king sized bed spread/quilt/comforter and that the cycles tells me on my phone throughvthecapp that the wash cyclecis complete. What am not fond of, is the place where you put the pids, detergent, softener snd oxygen products in holds water and is not easily removed to clean after every wash. I hate the manual tells you nothing!!! I don't want to look everything up online when I want to know how to fo something.

Quite machine
I have washed 9 loads of clothes and the machine has worked well. It is much more quite than my old GE washer. I don't think it spins the clothes as dry in the lowest spin cycle as my old washer so I have to remember to change that cycle each time. I don't like that it does not have an end of cycle sound. Other wise if it continue to last for many years to come I will be satisfied. Also I hope it will not put the white residue on my clothes like my last GE did over time. Also I don't lke that I have to use the Smarthq app to run the basket clean cycle. My old GE had this feature on the machine. Keep things simple GE it is just laundry.

Frequently Unbalanced
I have had this washer for less than one month and regret buying it because it becomes unbalanced in a spin and automatically stops. I am very careful about how I arrange the clothes before washing and it will STILL clang and bang, and then stop. It is also a very noisy washing machine. I plan to see if it’s too late for me to return it for a full refund. I am very disappointed.

Always going off balance and moving
I have owned this washer for 6 months and had service technician here 3 times; for going off balance and moving several feet from the wall. I restarted and moved clothes around 3 times before it could complete the cycle. The last technician explained this is a characteristic of this washer and there’s nothing to repair. Every technician says the same thing. This is a quality control problem GE must address. There should be a recall on this washer. GE is responsible for addressing this problem instead of ignoring it. I will never purchase GE product again.

Love my washer!
We love our new GE washer! First of all, it’s very large at 5.4 cubic feet, so it can hold a lot of clothes. Even though we’re not supposed to fill it to the top according to the directions, even filling at 3/4 of the way is a lot larger than our previous large capacity washing machine. Although we add clothes according to the directions around the perimeter and try to balance out the clothing as we load, the washer does get off balance, sometimes, but it has a built-in sensor and re-balances itself. I have watched it do this and it’s actually pretty amazing! We have had our washer for almost 3 months and it’s working great! I would recommend it!

This washer sucks
I do not know how its suppose to sense dirt but it doesnt work. I have had to wash clothes multiple times to get them clean. Once I figured out it puts barely an inch of water in the tub I had to manually add water to get my clothes to wash correctly. It says you can select how much water gets added but I have read theough the instructions twice and never could see how too. It either barely adds any water or fills it to the brim. Nothing in between. It was also suppose to come with an agitator and it did not which is another reason it doesnt clean worth a darn. I am getting rid of this washer as soon as I can and buying an older one that is much easier to use. Dont purchase!!!
