Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Absolutely Horrible!
Purchased this microwave from a major appliance store. First I was not told that it was backordered after taking time off from work for installation, only to find out the night before it was not being delivered. When it was delivered two week later and installed, it died the FIRST TIME it was used, just warming up vegetables!!! Overheated, no fan, never came back on. The store honored the reorder, but we are now again waiting for the machine to be delivered next month after again going through the backorder issue TWO more times. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally uncalled for! Poor customer service and bad, inexcusable technology!

Some annoying features!
We had 2 GE over the range microwaves prior to this one. So we didn't even consider other brands. However, we are not please with the dark interior! previous ones were white, and made the food easy to see without opening the door. The lite inside is dimmer than the previous ones. The light over the range is dimmer--even with the different brightness, even on the brightest, it's dimmer. There is definitiely room for TWO lites under the microwave, but only plug for one. And why would you go down to 1000 watts, when the previous older models were 1100 watts? We love our GE range, but would not recommend this microwave.

Not durable. Over priced considering poor performa
Have had some issues with the keypad over the last few months and just hit the 1 year warranty deadline. Would not have expected to have such issues with a fairly pricy product. Thought GE would be a good brand and last a long time. We have replaced GE microwave 3 times over past several years to match existing appliances. It seems each time they have a shorter life span. Would have thought they would be made better over time and not worse. Price went up, but quality went down. Each time we also had to drill new holes in order to install since template changed each time. Seriously considering alternate brand going forward.

Wonderful features, excellent installation by GE
I love GE microwaves since the dawn of time. I gotta give shout outs for the techs who came and installed it, they must have spent less than 20 minutes to get it ready and mounted over my range. The microwave large, gets hot , I love the recessed turntable and the ability to stop it from turning if there are oversized square plates, and the ceramic interior seems to be very cool feature. I can also turn off the display, I guess so it doesn't clash with the other color of the range, plus maybe it'll save on the electricity bill. This replaced a 1.6 cu. feet oven so even wioth the same dimensions I can cook more stuff. Great buy!

Microwave replcement
BOught this as a replacement for an older GE model that died after a recent move to a new house.
Basically this was purchased due to its dimensions as the older unit had matching filler plates on the sides as the cabinets are spaced further apart than the standard width of microwaves. Fortunately the mountain bracket was the same and I didn’t have much to change for the installation making it quick
The microwave has worked well for what we do, reheats, cooking vegetables and some basic things with an occasional defrost. The melt butter feature is ok, but don’t be fooled thinking it will only soften it. Otherwise a decent product for the price and would buy again

Replacement built-in microwave
Microwave is as pictured and described. It looks very good and is very functional. The things I don't like about it are: 1. The door feels flimsy and is very loud when shutting. 2. I can't just key in the exact cook time I want without first selecting "Cook Time", then the time, then "Cook Time" again, then "Start". (I could just key in the time and select "Start" on my old microwave. Just personal preference, not an operational issue.)
I like the 'Add 30 seconds' feature, just by pressing the selection. Although the same wattage, I like that it cooks a little hotter than my old microwave. Overall, I am very satisfied and would purchase the same microwave again.

EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT
This microwave was a direct replacement for a similar model purchased a little over 4 yrs. ago. We were very pleased with the performance and features of this microwave but somewhat disappointed with its minimal lifespan. Nonetheless, we currently are enjoying the updated version as we did in the past. Two suggested recommendations. Eliminate the bright white lighted clock panel and replace with the previous yellow/green version to coordinate with other GE appliances. We deliberately had to delete using this option as it was visually unpleasing. Also, a lighted panel would be excellent to provide access in a dark environment. All in all, we would recommend purchasing this microwave.

New MW
Last GE Microwave lasted 12 years. Hope the new one does the same. Like the features on the new one but wattage is slightly less than the last one. Was available in white which was needed. Lacked an actual written manual which is a con for us. Online is available but you have to print it yourself. Was able to talk them in to a written copy which was just a printout of the on line one. Not all the features of the mw were covered in the manual so we are still guessing at how to use some of the features. It is not intuitive to us old folks.
