Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Junk Machine
I have owed this washer for about 4 hrs. It was a great machine & did a great job the first 3 yes. Then last year it started getting a Water Supply Error that would come & go. Now the mother board has gone out causing the door to lock & unlock so you can't ven do a load of laundry period! Then we found out it will cost as much as we paid for the washer to fix it. Also advised NOT to fix it because if we do it will just cause other components to fail. And we will just have to keep repairing it!!! It's JUNK & I would not recommend this product to anyone!!!! GE you should be ashamed of your self.
X-GE lover, but never again!!! BUYER BEWARE☠️

Disappointing
About 2-1/2 years old and it takes a crap. I am an electrician so I was able to trace the issue back to the main control board. I have ordered one for now because I can not afford to purchase a new one ATM.
I will not be purchasing anything GE moving forward. Our refrigerator that was purchased at the same time had a control board issue just before the 1 year mark. GE replaced that fridge and then 1 year later the compressor took a crap, turning it into a 6-1/2’ tall useless box. I now have an LG fridge which I am very happy with.
GE use to be my go to. Reliable products that were still affordable… those days have passed.

Awful Experience; Useless Warranty!
We have the set and they are less than 2 years old, 21 months. About 6 months ago the control panel on the washer started having a mind of it's own and would not allow me to operate the machine. I left it unplugged for a couple days and tried again and it worked, so hopefully that doesnt happen again. NOW, the washer is all of a sudden EXTREMELY loud for the last half of it's spin cycle. It was always too loud to begin with and now all of a sudden has become so loud you have to yell over the machine to talk in our 1 story house. Unreal for such a new machine. Not buying any more products from this company again, way too much $$ for it to be having problems so soon.

HUNG JUNK MADE ELECTRONICS
Washer is hot garbage electronically. Main board goes bad on almost every model. Go google them. 2 years max. Very expensive board plus service fee. Then its not just the main board, the door latch or inverter also go bad alot. Ive had mine 2 years and ha e already replaced the main board amd the latch. GE know it as they have information boards out about it. Better keep pump clear of any clogs as well. A clog is a guaranteed main board blow and same if drain pump goes out. It blows the main board. Again another issue GE knows about but hasnt fixed in any newer models. I regret purchasing them. When they go out next were buying a different brand.

Don't buy and save yourself money & inconvenience
We've had the unit for just over a year, taking excellent care of it, and suddenly last week it would not start; it kept clicking and turning off. Turns out the main control board needs to be replaced, AND it also turns out that this is a very common issue with these units. The LG units in our rental property are 10 years old and have no problems, despite the fact that several appliance repair experts have said to avoid them. I understand now, why GE offers only a one year warranty - they know their product is garbage and it will break down just outside of the warranty window. This thing is junk. We thought GE was a reputable, trustworthy brand, but we were mistaken.

Great features!
We replaced our old GE washer which had no ventilation at all and would get like a moldy/mildew smell if you didn’t leave the door open to air out. This washer has an automatic vent that works by itself after the washer is emptied. The WiFi feature is great because it lets you know when your wash cycle is 5 minutes from finishing and when it has completed. It also tells you if wash has been in the washer u touched for an amount of time. The WiFi feature allows you to set a delayed wash setting and keeps track of the usage! The downside is the pedestal on the new GE applicants are much higher than the old models, so we have to build one, but that’s easy!

Huge disappointment
I bought this washer because of the reviews that were posted at the time of purchase. I opted for a front loader because I thought it would wash the clothes better with less water and energy used. Instead, I got a machine that gets moldy easily and smells horrific. I am so disappointed and wished I would have got a top loader instead.
UPDATE: GE, I saw your response and I do use the correct detergent (HE) and my washer door remains open at all times. The water pools in that blue microban seal and gunk remains in the holes all around it. I have resorted to keeping the detergent drawer open and wiping it after each wash. Again, not happy with this washer.

Loud Spin - Not an Issue
Had my washer installed today. Immediately it looks great, and everything went as planned. No water leaking. A little bit of water dripping from the gasket. Was worried about the washer because it didn't end a cycle correctly once in my testing, however, as soon as I hooked it up to WiFi it wanted to update twice. After the update there's no more issues. The spin cycle is loud. There's no doubt about that. But what do you expect in a washer that has one of the fastest spin cycles around? It's made for a laundry room, and not open out in your house. For the features like the reversible door and the load size, this is a good buy.
