Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

Not perfect
I waited a long, long time to replace my old dishwasher. I like the look of this dishwasher, but I find it much more difficult to get dishes etc loaded into this one. I’m not sure exactly what the difference is, but I can’t get nearly as much into this one safely as my old one, which was the same size. At first, with my usual dishwashing liquid (good brand name) my dishes did not get clean…like at all, even with lots of pre-rinsing and washing. I felt as though I might as well just hand wash everything. I recently tried pods and itI did make a difference. Overall, I am happy to have a working dishwasher but kinda disappointed with this one.

Do not buy this model!!!
The most poorly designed dishwasher I've ever used. Upper wash arm is attached to upper rack by inadequate hooks. Mine broke after 2 days. It took 2 months to resolve & have replaced. Rack wheels are attached to racks instead of inner walls & fall off the side guides very easily. It's very difficult to realign if the rack is full. Putting the upper rack in the lowest position results in upper washer arm hitting plates in the lower rack. Control panel includes options (dry boost, sanitize) that are not available. There is absolutely no insulation, so it's noisy while running. Do not buy this product!!!!!

Works well…at first
This appliance had been placed in a new model home which we purchased from the owner, never used. The dishwasher worked well at first, very happy with the product. However, after 1 year, both metal brackets on the spinning arm fell off. Pods also do not work well with this dishwasher, will leave grime all over dishes. After 2 years we have to move the dishwasher out every month as the pipes are clogged (I rinse dishes prior to putting them in), then the spinning arm was caught by the metal heating tubes and melted. All of our home appliances are GE but within the last year our appliances have had issues. They just don’t make them like they used to.

Many Issues After Just A Few Months!
I just moved into my brand new home built less than a year ago and after a few months this dishwasher started having issues. First the middle spray arm kept falling off and eventually broke and wouldn't stay in place at all so we had to replace that. Next the wheels on the lower rack kept coming off and melted to the heater coil in the tub. And now the door will sometimes leak so I am afraid to start a load without babysitting it. The last time it leaked there was a pool of water in my kitchen. It would be great if GE would just send me the new parts this time so I don't have to buy them myself again especially since it should have a 1 year warranty.

Great dishwasher!
This was my second GE dishwasher I installed, and it was as easy as could be. Fits perfectly under counter, door opens and closes easily, racks slide in and out easily, holds lots of dishes and comes with a wine glass holder that can be inserted and removed as needed. One continues silverware holder was nice instead of my previous model which had 3 pieces that fit together but rarely stayed together. Dishwasher is quiet when running. 4 different cycles to choose from (1 hour, normal, heavy, autosense) and 2 drying times, the shortest being just over an hour. Also includes Sani and Boost options for increased cleaning options and a delayed start option.

Happy with purchase
We bought this dishwasher to replace a 16 yr. older GE model. I expected this dishwasher to be quieter than the older model because it was newer but it wasn't. It's not louder either I just thought after 16 years they would have made some improvements. The insulation wrap was like a thin piece of fiberglass wrap,
The dishwasher itself does a good job. We usually pre-rinse dishes in sink before we wash but sometimes the dishes sit a while before we start wash cycle. This causes food to harden on plates. We’ve had no problems to date with dirty dishes if we use the steam cycle also. Oher wise a normal wash cycle is just fine.

Gets dishes clean
Purchased to replace an older dishwasher (had for 12 years) to match the rest of the appliances. While the outside dimensions are the same the inside is a lot smaller. I don't like the bottom rack and the placement of the pegs. There is enough room for an additional row of pegs so you can add bowls, cheese graters and glass pans (like pyrex) and they wont knock around. The bottom row is clearly designed for just plates. It does clean our dishes well. Normal run time is from 1 hour (quick clean) to 2 hours (full cleaning and drying). I like the different settings offered. It's quiet and looks nice. Yes there is a toe kick that comes with it but no trim pieces. Just keep that in mind when purchasing.

GE Dishwasher
I love my new GE dishwasher. The one I had lasted for more than 20 years. It's quiet so that my husband can sit at the kitchen table while it's running. The features may take me awhile to master but I'm already in love with the options available. The man who installed it really knew what he was doing and he was finished removing the old machine and installing the new one in just about an hour. And he took all the junk away. I'm not sure if it's going to fit all the pans and dishes I usually wash but if it takes most, I will be happy. You might want to add loading info to your general instructions. I had to hunt for it.
