Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Severe rust problem within 3 months
There is "builder grade", and then there is this embarrassment. The dish racks are constructed of plastic/rubber-coated metal. This coating is easily chipped/scratched during normal use. Within 3 months of installation, both racks began swelling and rusting badly. The rust has gotten so bad that it is now staining our dishes. Replacement racks cost over 50% the price of the new unit. The machine does its job and is reasonably quiet, but the exceptionally low quality of the dish racks make this unit a waste of money. I understand this is a basic unit, but it is deliberately built to fail. I truly expected better quality from GE. Do not recommend.

Disappointing purchase.
We bought this dishwasher along with 3 other GE appliances because we were remodeling our kitchen and wanted everything to look the same. The appliance store didn't have the model we purchased in the store, but it matched the others we bought, so we purchased it sight unseen. Big mistake. It is very cheaply made and poorly designed. It doesn't dry the dishes unless we use the heated dry boost, but using the boost melts the plastic dishes, which never happened in any other dishwasher we've had. So, until a serviceman can come in the next 2 weeks, we have to dry the dishes by hand after the wash cycle is complete. I would not buy another GE dishwasher.

Poorly made racks
We bought this dishwasher in October 2023 and it looks nice and washes dishes fine. However, we are extremely disappointed in the quality of the racks. The prongs that hold the dishes in place are breaking off and rust is showing through and getting on the dishes. We are not hard on the dishwasher and feel this is just very poor workmanship as it should last much longer than 4 months.

Disappointed with quality of build
After having 4 GE dishwashers over the last 60 years, I naturally bought a new one. Installation was provided by Queen City out of Charlotte, NC. They did an excellent job. I have no issues with cleaning quality. However the issue I have is the poor fit and quality of the interior parts used. My last GE dishwasher finally had the pump bearing s go out after 20 years-outstanding service, lower drawer still slid in and out perfectly. My new one the drawer wheels constantly slip off the tracks, I have to pick the bottom rack up and manually place it back in place. Please have your QC department look at this issue. Thank you.

Did not work after initial install
Just installed dishwasher today. From the get go had issues. For whatever reason there was water inside of unit. Everything was wet. Should have came with an adapter for water line. Pain finding one at local big box. After everything was installed it would not start or even light up. Checked for power and to door switch. I made sure door was latched and engaged the door switch manually with no success. Very disappointed. Manual not helpful. Wasted so much time trouble shooting and installing this product to not even work. Hopefully, I can get a replacement at no extra cost. Price for washer was mid level. Should work no issues day one.

Dishwasher Review
This dishwasher has been working sporadically for me since I purchased it on 5/13/21. Often the "Clean/Sanitized" light will not go of after the cycle has been completed, and dishwasher is emptied, and the door is shut. This is true no matter how many times we have tried re-shutting the door. This continues for days. Then one morning, it will just be off, and the machine will work again, for about 3 -5 times, and then this repeats. Service men have been here twice already. Today, while he was here, he tried to call, but everyone was in a service meeting. So he left, and said he'd try later, and get back to me. I would only recommend this product if it gets fixed completely and soon.

Cleaner dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this new dishwasher! It replaced another GE model that was about 15 years old. You've come a long way GE. My dishes come out sparkling. I no longer have to prewash everything before I load it. Good size, it holds a days worth of dishes for my family of 5. I like that it is run daily so dishes don't get a chance to stink or have food harden on them. A part was missing that I didn't initially realize. John at GE customer service was awesome and got the part shipped out to me within 2 days! I love that GE is so responsive and stands behind their products. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

Lasted 8 months
The dishwasher came brand new with a renovated home. The racks started to rust and the latch wasn’t catching after 3 months. The top right corner of the door kept popping out of the groves that held it in place. It’s only 2 adults working full time jobs in the house so it was run 2 to 3 times a week. Even minimal loads performance and drying were mediocre at best. There was always a lot of condensation inside that I’d have to leave the door open for hours after unloading. We always used the Cascade pods and rinse aid. Last couple of weeks even if we could get it to latch it would pop open mid cycle. Repair man said it wasn’t worth it to repair the latch, and recommended other brands or a higher end GE.
