Lock failure
I purchased this product in July 2023 specifically for a large order of beef which filled the complete freezer. Also bought this model specifically for the door lock feature. The freezer works wonderfully and has ample space BUT the lock is an engineering failure. The door has a metal hook which when in the lock position fits into a PLASTIC FIXTURE WHICH IS "GLUED" TO THE FOAM INSULATION OF THE FREEZER. Pull forcefully on the door and the "plastic fixture" comes unglued and the door opens. I paid extra for a locking freezer to protect my purchase of over $1300 of beef, and got a plastic fitting glued to foam. This is an engineering failure.

Great extra freezer
We purchased this freezer because we've temporarily moved into an apartment, and the refrigerator/freezer with the apartment is small; especially the freezer. The thoughtful detail to this freezer is really nice. It's not overly large but does have lots of storage in the door as well as plenty of shelves, some including drawers. It was important to us that the unit we purchase be frost-free and that you could easily see the contents inside.The exterior door has a nice LED feature which shows the temp inside, the ability to raise or lower the temp and also lock the freezer. It's quiet and will nicely supplement what we have. For us, this was a great purchase.

Perfect size with great features
This is a little larger than we had planned on buying for two people but we are extremely happy with this size. The extra depth, adjustable glass shelves, great door storage, Upper storage drawer, deep bottom drawer and bright light are all features most other products did not have. This is an exceptional product that makes for great storage options and easy organization. This makes it easy to see what is there and convenient to grab what is needed in a timely manor. There was a lot of thought put into the shelves, drawers and door storage. We feel this was a great selection, it is much more than just a big cold box, this is very user friendly. Great product, looks great and very quiet too!

Superb Freezer!
I was in desperate need and want of an upright freezer. I hated having to dig through my chest freezer to find things. I chose this freezer because it has 4-shelves and 2 of them are adjustable, (most others do not offer this). The shelves on the door are not as big as some, but I am still able to fit many smaller items on them. The 2 drawers (1 small-1 large) are an added bonus, with so much room!! I love to just stand and look inside my well stocked freezer where I can now see and find things so much easier!! I have not owned it long, so hopefully I remain as happy with the running mechanics of it as I am with the functionality of it.

Design flaw
We initially got our offer to review this freezer right after buying. We wanted to wait until we had had it for quite some time to get a good sense of its quality. It’s a freezer. Reasonable shelving etc. However, it has a significant design flaw. The door doesn’t close well or easily. It stays shut with a rather weak magnet. If you don’t push and hold the door closed, it will crack open and lose all of the cold air. It does have an alarm when this happens, but as our freezer is in the garage, we never hear that alarm until it has been open for 8 to 12 hours. We have lost quite a bit of food this way. I would never buy this freezer again had I known of this design flaw.

Great for Stocking Up
We got the freezer because the freezer drawer in our home refrigerator was not large enough,
With the limited shopping hours and runs on grocery stores resulting from this COVID 19, we needed something to store extra groceries.
We had an old chest freezer many years ago, but it went out and we didn’t replace it. Now was the time to make the move to a new freezer.
Supplies of freezers were very limited. This had good features and was “garage ready” making it a good choice. So far, it is doing great.

Solid Freezer
We purchased the GE model FUF14DLRWW to put in our basement to use for overflow items/bulk purchases. Set the freezer in place, attached the handle, removed the shipping material from the interior and plugged it in. Not sure how long it took, but it was at the default temp (0 degrees Fahrenheit) by the next morning. I've made large batches of chili and spaghetti sauce and stored that in the freezer. A recent shopping trip added a couple more items. We wanted this freezer so we could purchase items and make food in bulk. There is still lots of room in the freezer. It's been about 3 weeks now and we are completely happy with this purchase.

Super Freezer
This was purchased to replace a different brand freezer. Now I am glad the old freezer died! This is a much better freezer! The old freezer had one pull out wire bin and wire shelves. This one has two pull out drawers plus shelves that are made from some type of glass material. So much nicer and more convenient. The door seals much tighter than the one on my old freezer. This is about the same size as my old freezer, but the inside is designed much better, and I can get more in it, and arrange it better. There is a chime when you open the door, and it will sound again if the door is left open for an extended period - great feature!
