An advanced compact for wide-angle and manual-photography fans, the Fujifilm X100F improves upon an already great camera with better autofocus performance and a fine-tuned design on top of its already excellent photo quality.

  • +

The Fujifilm X100F produces excellent photos and the updated autofocus system is a great improvement. Plus, it improves on the control layout and retains the manual-optimized shooting design and fast lens that have made it a favorite.

  • -

    Sad battery life.

The X100F's combination of image quality, usability and styling make it the best in the series yet. It's still a niche camera, but this latest version's limitations stem primarily from its design, rather than its implementation. A true photographers' camera.

  • +

Photographers who want to revel in and be challenged by shooting with a fixed lens, fixed focal length camera.

  • -

Anyone looking for flexibility or immediacy. Or video.

This model might be a little pricier than the others, but it offers premium quality. Everything, ranging from image quality to video resolution and even battery life are top-notch. It is a professional-grade camera with the right aesthetics.

The Fuji X100F is yet another great iteration of the highly successful and popular camera line from Fuji. Although the X100F is not a major update over its predecessor in terms of camera features, the new button layout and the addition of a joystick make the camera ergonomically superior and much...

I’ve always had a soft spot for the Fuji X100 series and despite its imperfections, it is still my favourite camera from the brand to date. So even though I knew I would be reviewing more or less the same camera once again, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the X100F – the fourth iteration in...

The X100F is basically an upgraded X100T, but the enhancements are worthwhile: the excellent 24-MP APS-C CMOS III sensor found in the professional X-Pro2 and X-T2; the Focus Lever (“AF joystick”) that makes choosing a focus point a snap; a second Command (Front) dial; a retro ISO dial (with the...

If you’re interested in having a compact camera with an ASP-C format sensor, there’s a pretty limited collection of models currently available, the Fujifilm X100F and Ricoh GR II, and now the new Canon PowerShot G1 X Mark III.

I had done a lot of hardcore research on this camera back in 2017 with regards to seeking out a camera that could take splendid photos without the effort of having to lug a large DSLR around when on the move or on holiday. Pros: This camera was EVERYTHING!

I have been a Nikon guy for over 50 years. I had spent my way up to the D810 when I decided that enough is enough. I still have my D750 but my Primary Camera now is my Fujifilm Xt2. The Xt2 is with me as my Landscape camera. It is an amazing camera. But sometimes I just want to shoot things.

It's basically the perfect camera. The only thing that can stop you from purchasing is the 35mm focal length. If you are okay with that, then it's flawless. Most of the time I use this camera, I'll think I didn't take any good photos, then I get home, and I'm just blown away at what I managed to...

I think with a lot of things it depends how you use something like a camera. In terms of what you hope to get out of it. I bought an X100F just over a year ago and it was my first Fujifilm digital camera. I also own a 6x9 rangefinder which is just gigantic compared to this camera.

This is a great camera to cure gear acquisition syndrome. Stop worrying about what specs or gear combination would be "perfect" for your next shoot. For once, just grab this infinitely simple, yet infinitely powerful little gem and let it inspire you to shoot with pleasure and without fear.

The picture quality of this camera is a bit magic. If you're looking for a compact digital that looks like film in the very best way...this is it. It does not do everything well, if you're looking for super saturated very colorful output for something like food photography you may want to turn...

I have had the Fuji for about a month. So I am new to it. In fact I am new to mirrorless cameras in general. A bit of background. I am a professional shooter. I shoot Weddings, Portraits and Families. My gear has always been Canon gear.

I bought this because of favorable reviews and because I'm 80 years old with a fondness for excellent technology and a certain 'retro' aspect. (At one time my favorite camera was a 1938 Leica IIIc). The Fujifilm X100F is, to me, astonishing in its flexibility and ease of control...

This is an awesome camera, with amazing color reproduction. It also has film simulations. I started with a Sony a6000. Great camera. A little slow on the autofocus but great color as well. For BLAZING fast action, I break out my Nikon D500. While I love my Sony and still use it. It overheats.

I've been using Leica M rangefinders for years. But using film was getting to be expensive (scanning) and time-consuming (the closest lab is 25 km away). I don't care for automatic anything.
