I've been wearing a Fitbit for many years, the latest being the Charge 2. The first thing I noticed is how comfortable it is. To get an accurate heart rate, it has to be fairly snug and I was always are the Charge 2 was there. The Charge 3 is super comfy.

Many days the time on the watch is wrong. Has varied from 2 to 30 minutes slow in a 24 hour period. Have corresponded with Fitbit and just get the same information repeatedly...instructions on how to sync, which I have to do at least 2 times a day to keep the time right.

I wouldn't call this a smartwatch because there's a limited amount of things it can do. It's great for tracking steps, heart rate, sleep and 6 different exercises. The charge 3 doesn't link to the Galaxy S10 GPS so the cycling app doesn't work. The battery is pretty good and last about 6 days.

I used Charge 2 for more than a year and switched to Charge 3 about two weeks before. Charge 3 is clearly way more better than Charge 2. Its interface is enhanced with more features.Positive improvements:1. Side button is sexy.2. Screen is bit more responsive.3.

I bought this so I could sync my activity with Weight Watchers. However, it has motivated me to move more! Also, when I get a text or cell phone call, it alerts me with a simple buzz and I can read my text on the watch. It can even track your sleep patterns.

I bought this fitbit so that I could use it swimming to count laps and keep track of time in the pool. I only do freestyle, so can't comment on its effectiveness on other strokes, or what happens when you use various strokes in the pool.

I recently purchased my first smartwatch. Loving this watch. The reminders to move, shows heart rate. Motivating to see your steps climbing towards your goal. Tracks and detects excercise. The simplicity of use is awesome too

I have had several previous versions of the Fitbit. This is a nice fitness tracker. I like it but perhaps not as much as I liked the move from the Charge HR to the Charge 2. The new features are nice. The swipe to change content, versus tapping on the Charge 2, seems a bit hit and miss for me.

I had the old clip-on Fitbit for years and opted to replace it with this model. I really like how it connects to my phone but I am really enjoying how it tracks everything from steps to hills and heart rate to sleep. It looks nice for work or play and I’m very happy with my choice!

I bought this to replace a 3 year old Alta with a failing (non-replacable) battery. I liked the fact that it measured heart rate, which the Alta did not. However, even though resting heart rate is displayed on the tracker, it won't upload to the app - it just says 'no measurement'.
